I love the location! The photos of the facilities are exactly as they appear in real life.The staff is incredibly kind and supportive. We opted for the half-board stay, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing.Highly recommended for families with kids, couples, friend groups, or even solo travelers—you’ll never feel alone!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a superior room as we had our teen son and it had a separate room with 2 beds, closet and joining door. The half board was great!! The dinner meals were exceptional and each evening was different meat, fish, or vegetarian.The gent at the front desk, Mr. F, was incredibly kind to our son, who loved the snow cats & 4x4’s. They let him ride on it with the driver!! He was SO excited! Super easy to ski in/out and drop your gear downstairs. Even had a kids game room with foosball and a large touchscreen with games.

Perfect location, on a ski slope, just by the enterance to 2 ski lifts (Edelweiss and Platten) - you practically enter ski lift from the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner included, which were creative and delicious. The staff were great, really pleasant and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with typical alpine furniture. We also used sauna and gym which were clean and well equipped.

Location is realy 'ski to door'.

We pay room with sofa bed, we got small room with no sofa. The dinner was not self-serving.

Location can not be better - you exit the hotel and enter the skilift. Amazing! Room was very clean. The staff was polite.

For me the pictures of the rooms are misleading. I assume some rooms are renovated and modernized, while some are very basic and old school. The room that we got in the first place was very dark, damp and small. It was located on the ground floor and it had only a little window looking at one heap of snow. After our reaction, we got upgraded to another room the next day, which was much lighter and bigger (although there were only 2 of us, we got a 2-bedroom place for 4). Still, I must say that both rooms are very basic when it comes to the design (not at all looking like the ones on the hotel’s homepage) and facilities (eg. there is no small fridge).

We happened to stop by here in Dec 2021 and enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant, and were severed by the wonderful Philippe, so when it popped up as an accommodation option, we grabbed it. And it didn't disappoint. They are going through a staged refurbishment programme, so some of the rooms have been refitted in a modern alpinee style and they are lovely. More will be completed this summer. We've already booked for 2024 so looking forward to our return. And my daughter loved the chance to ride on the snowmobile from the parking to the hotel and back (and Dad is looking forward to the chance to get a ride in a piste basher next year!)

Nothing really, we never got to try the sauna and spa area, but a quick sneaky look one evening showed us what we missed.

Amazing location right next to 2 main lifts, very easy to ski back to from anywhere in the resort. Very hard working and friendly staff. Excellent food on the ‘inclusive package’

The hotel is actually located directly at a bottom of a skiing slope. They have a car garage 100-200m away from the hotel and during winter transfer guests with a snowmobile to the hotel. Really cool experience! :) ??

The hotel doesn't seem to be targeted much towards international guests. Thus it's a good idea to learn a bit of German before coming. It's gonna be especially helpful during breakfast / dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

The stuff is excellent. Sauna was very pleasant. We had half board and the dinners were very delicious. The hotel is situated right on the slope, which is great. Regret, we couldn´t stay longer.

It´s not a problem of this hotel, but of the whole Austria. The coffee is very, very bad. But everywhere in this country. We would recomend Lavazza, or anything with 100% Arabicca.

Best food we ate in a long time. Big thanks to the chefs at this hotel!
