Food, and overall atmosphere were great. Stuff is professional and helpful (and all were women!). Swimming pool was amazing, great for children; sauna too. Wonderful playground for children, conveniently located near the restaurant and reception.
Some things have to be additionally paid (for example solarium), which is not such an issue, but it was not indicated anywhere. A long check-out process. Very bad coffee for breakfast (it was almost necessary to order and pay for a decent coffee in a restaurant).

Everything charged extra, bathrobes, slippers, coffee pads etc. Didn't expect this to happen as it is a four star hotel. Sauna area always crowded, never find clean towers, cups, benches available. Breakfast very simple.
The wellness area is beautiful. everything is very nice and clean. the staff is so nice. food is really good.
Lovely breakfast and meals in general... friendly and helpful staff. Lovely gardens with facilities for all ages. Large gardens offering private areas. Great to have a large variety of free bicycles to use.

Accomodation was very good as well as food. Internet connection was excelent.
Transportation by the bus to ski area is not practical, it was taking too long time. After arrival, at reception desk we was not told that ski passes bought in the hotel are 30% cheaper than ski passes bought at ski station.
