    Pros +

    • Calmness , friendly staff , personal touch , late check-in, cleanliness , wellness
    • The rooms are really beautiful and the staff is so kind! We loved the breakfast and the location to nearby skiing :) there are cute cows right next door and a little refrigerator with locally produced dairy products. We would like to come back in the summer!
    • Lovely hotel - obviously a ski venue so very quiet in the summer but the staff were lovely and very helpful. There is essentailly zero grocery availability after about 7:30pm even with a car - unless you want to drive an hour - so worth bearing that in mind. The hotel keeps a fridge and shelf stocked with some food you can use to work around that problem - it isn't cheap but it *is* good quality; our children had pasta with some sort of pomodoro sauce courtesy of the in room cooking facilities. Breakfast was plentiful and really good including a nice selection of local cheeses (myself and my daughter are both cheese fiends so we really appreciated this).

    Cons -

    • Nothing that was in control of the hotel :)
    • When I wanted to sit and read in the lobby in the evening, the staff was not willing to put the light back on, because of energy-saving regulations.
    • no restaurant, although there was one just a 2 minute walk down the road, bar closed early and they only sold beer

Beautiful family-run hotel, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and all the necessary facilities. The lovely family staff made us feel at home.

When I wanted to sit and read in the lobby in the evening, the staff was not willing to put the light back on, because of energy-saving regulations.

Absolutely loved the location, how friendly the staff were and having the spa to ourselves.

My only suggestion is to heat up the mugs before serving coffee as it helps to give really hot coffee!
