Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

Location in the center of small city of Biograd, first row next to beach.

I booked room for 2+1, got room for 2 (staff said it is all the same ?). Room is small, bathroom is very small. Choice of food is ok, but not as one would expect for 4*. There is no entartainment in hotel except pool, like table tennis, etc. This is more like 3.5* at best.

View: from the balcony i only saw the concrete canopy. For 130€/night.

Location is very good.

Bad wifi. For this price saunas should be included no limit.

The location was very nice.Rooms were clean and the house keeping service was excellent.The evening concert thet were held on the terrace were nice.

There weren't many vegan options, although we were informed the opposite. Not ideal when you've booked the room with breakfast and dinner. Both indoor and outdoor pool were crowded with children.We had to switch rooms because of the noise from the elevator in our room.

We had a sea view which was lovely, location was good, the room was decent, staff were friendly

We were half board but we were disappointed with the evening food, it was VERY basic, not many options and not traditional Mediterranean so we ended up eating out most nights instead as we wanted traditional food. You have to pay extra for pool towels. At the pools, there is never enough sunbeds, there is about 30 for 2 hotels to share. You also have to pay for sunbeds at the beach.There was not enough parking spaces in the car park.

The location of the property is excellent, in the centre of the town and directly at the beach, everything is easily accessible. The pools and spa area are nice and relaxing. Food is good, but nothing to write home about.

The rooms are very dated and need a refurbishment. The maids didn’t clean well enough for my liking, didn’t hoover once during our stay. You need to pay extra for parking which feels like a rip off since it’s a hotel car park. The food at the breakfast and dinner buffet isn’t labelled properly so if you’re vegetarian, vegan or have any allergies or intolerances you will have a hard time knowing what you’re eating. Also had to ask for plant milk several times. Overall the place is super noisy because it’s made for families. Wouldn’t recommend it to a couple who wants to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Biograd is a lovely town and hotel is well placed. Hotel clean and functional but could be amazing. Parking 10 euros a night but car park busy. Breakfast really good

They allotted me a room near to the elevator. The rooms should be sound proof. Else lots of noise coming to the room

Small rooms. Strict check-in/ check-out schedules. Super small elevators.

The hotel is located closed to the beach and to the city center and restaurants. It is clean and the food was good both for dinner and for breakfast. There is a nice indoor pool, kids club and outdoor pool. In the evening there is a band who sings till 11pm in the evening. A bit noisy if you have the room on that side but it dis not bothered us. We enjoyed the vacation at this hotel.

Indoor pool has no lifeguard and people there don’t respect the rules and can become dangerous where there are also small kids there.Kids entertainment only in local language and staff at the reception also speak poor english.The parking is not enough to accommodate all guests and the alternative is in another location.

Old hotel, more of a 3 star

It is an old hotel, a bit refurbished but currently (2023 July) not in a good condition. The terrace door does not block the noise coming from outside, even the smoke from the neighboring terrace sweeps in at a closed door. Breakfast was OK, staff is ok (not too friendly but not rude). AC turned itself off during the night. Bathroom is really small. Sink was draining really slowly (we told the receptionist, but they did not fix it). Wifi was not working. From the 2 elevators only 1 was working, there was a line all the time, so we used the stairs instead. For one night it was ok, but there are better and cheaper hotels. Next time we stayed in an other one, so I know that for a fact :)

Lobby area was nice, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but nothing extraordinarily. Location is perfect, direct on the public beach, liked that it wasn’t crowded and no loud music disturbing. Staff was friendly and gave excellent recommendations for dinner

Rooms are really outdated. Bathroom with the size of a matchbox, no extra equipment like beauty or such. Rooms are not soundproof, AC working as an tractor, curtains are not light deep. The second room had continuously problems with the keycard, quite annoying when you have run to the reception several times a day. Do not expect fully equipped fitness area, rather bring running shoes and take a morning run Ion the beach.

Location is perfect.....Evenings were pleasant.....Roomservice by Anamarija Zdrilic was always prompt and thorough....

We were mislead with the wifi reception....was very poor....needed to go to Tonci every time for reception of wifi for our tablet.

I liked location of Hotel.

Spa and jacuzzi wasn't available from 9-11 a.m. Doors of Spa Area were locked and on the reception desk they said it was locked because someone was taking massage in that moment. Very strange explanation. Also i didn't like the fact that parking wasn't available in front of hotel for us as a guest. I parked outside of hotel area and get parking ticket .
