Please note that the credit card used for prepayment of advance purchase nonrefundable bookings must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. The name on the credit card must match the guest’s name checking in. Please note that a deposit of 50 EUR per room, per night will be authorized from the guest’s credit card as a guarantee for the use of possible extras. If no extras are used during the stay, the money will be refunded prior to departure. When traveling with pets, please note that only pets up to 10 kg are allowed and an extra charge of EUR 30 per night applies.
