On arrival couldn’t access reception door locked but got in via someone leaving to find desk mannedDespite booking several months previously with booking.com confirmation etc my arrival was unexpected and the various paperwork not ready After detailed investigations my booking was located but I felt very uneasy that my reservation was not made Property is slightly off road so easy to pass by

Overall would recommend, the room was nice, the breakfast was also good and the staff very friendly. They have a digital key to enter not only the hotel but also the rooms, we found it very practical!
It's really just a matter of personal preference rather than something wrong with it but personally we prefer normal to higher beds rather than low ones.
