Parkhotel Cham

Quaint boutique hotel with a large room for our family of 4. The beds and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was delicious with food my kids would eat. The Nutella dispenser made the hotel a 5 star hotel for my kids. Staff was amazing!

There's no AC, but the staff did provide us with an oscillating fan to help cook the room. The shower was tight.

Nice hotel in a charming small town. We arrived late - so no staff at front desk - but they had everything ready for us at front desk.

Very friendly staff. Good bed and good shower. Also, happy with my dog being there. Plenty of walking areas and a shortish walk into Cham. Plenty of free car parking spaces too.

No dinner option on a Thursday evening.

The breakfast was so delicious with a warm and cozy feel. We also enjoyed dinner there a couple of nights during our stay and I'm still dreaming about it since leaving. It was literally the best meals we had while we were in Cham.

The gym was nice, very cozy. Beds are soft. No divorce beds. There was an upgrade since 2 years ago. Very quaint. Not crowded and chill breakfast.

The floor below the beds are not clean. Only accessible by car, so we had to rent a car. Buses are infrequent and the closest bus station is a kilometer away.

Quick check-in after long trip. Even if we didn’t request, they put a kid bed first us. The room was really clean and spacious.

When we get there, the room was untouched from the night before. Even the water bottle was not renewed.They managed to clean it one day after we get there.

Breakfast was good and plenty. The place was nice, quiet.

The room is very very spacious with lots of light! The parking is big and not crowded. The hotel is close to the city center but you still need a car to get there.

The beds and the cushions were extremely uncomfortable. There is no refrigerator in the room, although it is stated that there is.The shower is leaking water, bathroom overall highly needs upgrade. Some tiles are even broken!Breakfast is poor, mostly opened packages...There is no staff in the hotel except in the morning, you can find one lady taking care of breakfast, check-in, check-out... but maybe because we were there on Easter.

Very Good Buffet for breakfast, had everything we needed along with Scramble Egg's just like in the states. Another quality enhancement was the House Cat, Guess they hired him to greet all the guests as he went to each person in the breakfast area and greeted them. Additionally he went and laid outside the entrance area to catch a scratch before you left. There is a lift in the hotel for those who have issues with stairs and was very welcoming when you carry your luggage to your room. Check in was very easy, just go to the desk look for your name and see which room key you take.

The place was clean and the rooms were rather large. The area is quiet and there was enough parking space. Don't expect any excessive luxury, but for an average price it delivers an adequate experience.

The bathroom seems to have been done in the 1970's and not updated since then. The internet was ok for sending emails but not for streaming video. The food was rather mediocre, more like fast food than restaurant food. Also at breakfast you can see the products aren't really 100% fresh.

Very close proximity to the event we were attending. Tennis courts right around the corner.
