Hotel Beatrice

Excellent breakfast. Safe bike storage. Next to castle.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was great, right across from the castle, and a pleasant walk from restaurants and shopping.

Everything was very nice.

Perfect and very convenient location, parking. The breakfast was really good and the bed very comfortable.

The silicone in the shower could use some refurbishment, and there were no hooks in either the bathroom or the room to hang towels or jackets. Additionally, there were only four hangers in the wardrobe.

Beautiful and convenient location right next to the castle in Este. Quiet, apart from the cicadas. Spacious and comfortable room, large bathroom, helpful staff.

The room was very hot when we arrived (it was 34 outside). This was solvable using the air conditioning system, but that was rather noisy. If the room had been cooled down an hour before we arrived, it would have been more pleasant.

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The hotel is a historic property with interesting interior design elements. Also it has free parking.

A very comfortable hotel with parking, just in few steps from the mighty Este Castle! and 5 minutes to walk by foot to city centre. Highly recommended!

Good but basic breakfast Great location for exploring Este

THE NOISE!!The walls are paper thin and if you’re unfortunate to stay next to someone who blares out their TV at 6am (as we were) then expect to be frustrated!

The hotel has a very cool vibe and style. The room was big, the breakfast was great, and the city is just around the corner to take a little walk.

We liked everything.

Above average service from friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast, generous and diversified

Bathroom decor and facilities not the most modern, but clean and functional.

Helpful staff , the property was as described ,nice location

The staff were very friendly, the Hotel is in the center and has nice views of the Historical sites, nice place with comfy beds and the juicer at breakfast is a great touch , we liked that very much.

nothing to report

Ideal location, facing the city's castle. Very professional staff. Quality breakfast. I stayed for just one night, but Este and its surroundings would have deserved a longer stay.

Very nice and supportive staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Very reasonable cost. Close to town. Free parking.

The hotel is located near old town walls, The place is rather old, one could say somewhere in 50ies of 20th century. But with good parking lot and rather large room. The bathroom was also rather big. The room itself has not particularly developed instracture but was quite spacious and convenient. The breakfast was quite good and satisfactory. Our general feelings are positive.

Basically we have not got special expectations as we were just traveling to south of the Italy and wanted to stop for one night.

Breakfast was good, great choice. Surrounding is super great, the castle near hotel and many bars and restaurants. Nice atmosphere and small town :)

Please try products before breakfast, some of them were already old.

very stylish and vintage

poor breakfast, toilet room / water pressure could be in better condition

The reception staff was amazingly helpfull and friendly. Clean , nice, spaceous room and confortable bed.Thank you !

The location, environment, breakfast

It was ok

good location, kind staff

breakfast was not good, limited choice of everything, it would be better to have a breakfast outsidethere was not bottle of water in the rooms, which I think is necessary. We had to ask the reception, they provided water free of charge.
