    Cons -

    • This hotel is totally sub-standard and should be avoided. We were interrupted in the middle of the night by rampaging guests who hit our door with fists and legs and spoiled our stay. Management did nothing to protect our safety and privacy.
    • The hotel was located in a rural area from Verona with hardly any public transport so expect to fork out on expensive Taxis. The breakfast was awful, inedible food. The restaurant was also closed during dinner time when there was a sign stating it would be open resulting in not being able to eat all night. the room itself was pretty nice and clean, just old. But the air conditioning was broken amd really loud making it difficult to sleep at night. The website also states that there is airport transfer, but there isn't, and there's no bus. The gym and wellness centre was also closed so there were no facilities at this hotel at all to use which defeats the point of it being a wellness centre.
    • Buffet food was narrow in choice and tasted Soso.

Swimming pool outside was really nice.

Buffet food was narrow in choice and tasted Soso.

Friendly staff, especially reception. Spacious bathrooms.

The smell of cow dung. The coffee machine at breakfast. Single rooms feel like I was sleeping in a corridor.

    Swimming pool was nice.

Breakfast selection was poor, the baby high chair is in a unacceptable condition. The rooms needs a big deep cleaning.

I liked the swimming pool, which is very big and with a big garden all around, it wasn’t very crowded during the days in which we were staying but even if it was, it felt like you could easily find a free spot away from the crowd anyway. We liked that the hotel let us check out late by paying a small extra fee.

The room, the halls and corridors were a bit dirty and you could tell that some spots hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The wifi was slow and sometimes it wasn’t working at all. The lavatories only provided one small plastic bag of shampoo and shower gel per person, from a 4 star hotel i was expecting to be provided with at least conditioner as well.

    Parking

Room was dirty, beds were dirty, refrigerator wasn’t working. Breakfast buffet was just terrible, preferably to allow less massive food by better quality with true orange juice. It was said there was a SPA which doesn’t exist. All in all just wondering were the 4stars are coming from

Dirty and cigarets-smelling room. The whole hotel has disgusting dirty-socks and sweat odor

    everything

Too bad for this nice hotel.

It's a nice hotel, but very run down and no AC. There was a sock hanging from the air filter. Wifi is poor on the rooms. Can't open the windows due to bugs flying into the room. Pool is nice, just go during the day as a non-guest. Beds where super hard. Not a good night sleep.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this place!! We checked into this hotel and we were extremely disappointed with it for a number of reasons. 1. It is completely different to what is advertised online. 2. The pool is closed for cleaning and it was the whole time we were here. On booking.com it did not mention that it was a seasonal pool so it’s been advertised incorrectly and we wouldn’t have come here if we’d have known. The staff member said it’s “complimentary” and they don’t need to advertise when it’s open because it’s based on the weather… to be very clear it was 28 degrees a sun this day?! 3. When we arrived, both the bar and restaurant was closed despite the website saying it had a snack bar to buy food from. There was nowhere to buy food or drinks from 2pm to 7pm and we arrived starving. We went around the area and all the restaurants were closed too as it basically on a motorway in an industrial park 4. There were at least 3 massive school groups (60 odd children) staying at the hotel and we had been sexually harassed and cat for the one night by about 20 14 year old boys as it seems like this place host soccer camps? A hotel?! More like a kids camp! This resorted to us spending the day and night in our room as the hotel did nothing about our complaints. We had people knocking on our door late at night too. This is possibly the worst stay we have ever had. We requested that the hotel let us check out after one night and refund us the other night but they were very rude. We explained all of the above but they refused and said we had already paid and would not receive a refund. We could not stay here as we did not feel comfortable nor could we do anything during the day as everything was closed we had to purchase another hotel as it was a disgrace here. The hotel was very unreasonable and did nothing to make our stay any better.

it was close-ish to the airport and the staff were friendly. the bar staff was really nice too..

We booked as it had a pool but we were only told that it wasn’t open when we arrived. if we had known it wasn’t open we wouldn’t have booked it.The bar was closed until 4pm which left our trip staying for one day wandering around the hotel with nothing to do and ended up going to the airport 5 hours before our flight!

Room: bedding was only a bedsheet, bathroom renovation poor, TV our of order after requesting a remote control,Restaurant: acceptable buffet, Service friendly but Not qualified

    The pool

Smells from a big farm behind the hotel fence were literally forcing to stay indoors ...

Hotel was clean, staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

    There was nothing to complain

The choices of food and drinks are great!

The room have no sound isolation and some conversation woke me and my husband at 3am.

    Not a damn thing.

Check in was supposed to start at 3pm. We tried to check in at 4:15pm but our room wasn't ready. We were told to check back in 20 minutes.... For 2 hours.Staff was not helpful and did not give any type of information or compensation for this issue. We weren't the only guests that had this issue either.Once we got to the room, you could tell it hadn't been cleaned very well. There were still shoe prints from the previous guests on the floor and hair in the shower. Also no toilet paper. We stuck it out because there weren't any other rooms/hotels available nearby as the was a concert nearby.Walls are thin, you could hear everything next door and in the hallway.AC didn't work. When I went to check out, I spoke with the staff to give them the key. They took the key and vegan speaking to each other in Italian but ignored us. We stood in front of them for a few minutes before we asked if they needed anything from us (which they did but didn't bother to tell us) and we left, happy to finally leave this nightmare place.

The staff, the bed and the swimming pool

Too much noise. People staying and talking in the corridor and the corridors are echoing. People partying and screaming outside! It was impossible to sleep. + there was no phone in the room to call the lobby

    9PatriciaPosted on: 7-24-2022

Second time staying here. We had booked a standard room but were given a huge newly refurbished family room. Lovely pool.

Wish it wasn't so far out of town but there is a bus stop right outside. Also large groups of school children and footballers staying so breakfast was very busy and noisy. Will stay there again!!
