- Good location, close to the tram, even with a little breakfast in the morning. Room is decent for 2 or 3 nights
- Good location to see many sites of Hakodate. The room was very clean and well setup
Cons -
- Sadly the only available rooms where smoking allowed rooms and there was the cigarette smoke smell (but this one was to be expected considering the type of room)
- The bed is rock hard. Like sleeping on plywood.
