FARM HOUSE

This villa hotel, a mere 15-minute drive from Venice Marco Polo Airport, offers exceptional convenience. We stayed in the 'Little villa,' which provided a separate living area and two bedrooms, making it feel like a private retreat. It's a modern, thoughtfully upgraded space, equipped with all the amenities one could need. The breakfast was truly excellent. Our only minor inconvenience was the presence of ants, which appeared after a period of rain.

Very modern and nice facilities, great location for a trip to Venice if you have a car, dog friendly, super nice staff. Coffee machine available at all times.

Breakfast was nice but not restocked on time. No elevator, very hot inside the room, couldn't regulate temperature. Car is a must. Dinner options only reachable by car.

Very cool and beautiful building situated in the middle of a farm.

It was a bit difficult to get to the building where our room was as we arrived late in the evening… We did find the guard house and fortunately they were able to give us a ride in a golf cart and bring us to the correct building.

Great location, close to Venice and Jesolo, well connected to the highway. It is a dog friendly place, with a large backyard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor veranda for breakfast and coffee.

Breakfast is basic, you get a little bit of everything, just not that much choice.

Comfortable place, far from a village/city (you need a car) but it is a cool place, a true Italian big Villa :). Personal is awesome, tasty breakfast. Pretty good internet.

We found the place to be very quiet and nice. We have a dog, so this place is perfect for our pet, especially since it’s not far from Bau Bau Beach, which allows dogs. The property is very clean. Special thanks to Valentina—she was very helpful. Thanks to her recommendations, even on rainy days, we were able to go shopping and still have a great time. She is always smiling and very kind. The concept of this place is very unique; it’s a farmhouse. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a busy day in Venice.

Very cozy , clean , good air conditioned, we sleep well during heat nights .

Extremely tranquil. Lots of indoor and outdoor places to relax. Free private and secure parking

Even though it’s next to the river there is no good place to go walking from the hotel. You need to drive and park somewhere to walk next to the river or on any decent path.

The property is located in countryside, in 20 km from Venice. It is brand new and very stylish.

The price for breakfast seem to be overstated

The location was serene, quite and lovely.

No staff after 6 or 7.
