The staff was friendly, parking behind the hotel, position - it is an old town with a perfect square in the middle of the star of city walls. Calm and peaceful.
The furniture in the room - very cheap and uncomfortable. Completely basic.

They changed hotel policy. They want to rent directly from their web site, without booking.com. They took me 10 euros for one night parking, because I booked with booking.com and they give me one big bed room, and I booked two single bed room. Breakfast is very bad this year. Btw, this was my third stay in that hotel. Don't know if I want to book it again

The heating didn’t work, and neither did the AC, although the hotel staff claims I didn’t know how to turn AC on. Parking is an extra charge if reserved through Booking.com. The quality of the breakfast was lower than in previous years. Quite disappointing.

Lovely location and easy to get to for an overnight stop, the staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful with advance information and late arrival instructions. The family room was a good size and all was very clean. Breakfast was delicious!
