The location is perfect, right at the center square. The parking place was a big help for us. The staff is very helpful, breakfast is nice.

Very old room, not very well kept, the garbage bin was full, the room was stuffy. The shower didn’t work properly and when we complained the next morning we were told that they heard it 10 days ago but for them it was ok so they didn’t fix it. The price of the superior triple room in Italian was cheaper than ours in the old part of the building. For us bad value for money.

Wonderful hotel in Palmanova. Great rooms, comfortable and clean. Parking right next to the hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast.

The property is in a wonderful location, is clean and family run. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. It’s our third time staying when flying in and out of Venice to avoid the high costs and crowds of Venice. We highly recommend it.

The breakfast is perfect and the personal touch preparing eggs as you wish extends that.The location is absolute in the center and nevertheless good free parking option.It's the perfect location to combine leisure and work. Palmanova city, the region with many intereresting spots (food, etc.), the sea and the outlet.It'sa great location from where you can do whatever you want.Weŗe coming here every year for one or two days and will continue to do so.

Just minor nitpicks. The duvet sheets are in such way that it's both easy for them to fall apart, and difficult to put back together. Also the pineapple juice at the breakfast was more watery then Juicy

The personnel was very helpful and smiled. Breakfast was tasty. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the windows was amazing.

We stay often and the location in Palmanova's iconic piazza is great.

Breakfast service was a bit chaotic. New breakfast venue across the street from the kitchen doesn't really work when busy.

The hotel is located in the heart of Palmanova (everything is just behind the corner). Good parking facilities. Very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and nice.
