very quite area for relaxing but no elevator my room was in third floor and no telephone in side the room to contact reception but in overall was above very good

The location is beautiful – it's right on the river bank. However it's far from the town centre. I had a room with river view – it was beautiful and quiet. The breakfast was filling.

It was supposed to be an adult only hotel, but the first night there was a baby crying in another room, which was very disturbing. Also the room sound isolation is quite poor, I could hear everything from the room upstairs. The location is quite remote – 30 min walk from the town centre. There was no coffee with real milk for breakfast.

Staff can’t speak a single English word, the communication was very difficult. But they did their best to help.

The location of this small BnB is lovely- right on the river. Breakfast is served on the deck and it’s very peaceful. Breakfast was lovely, and plentiful. Great steak restaurant 2 kms away.

We had a beautiful attic room with living area, but as a non smoker, the stale smell of cigarette smoke stayed in the room despite opening the windows for hours. It also seemed to seep in the vents because it was stirring at times. It would have been a perfect stay otherwise.

We really liked breakfast. Also the staff was very friendly and hospitable. And beautiful location overall.

It was a 20-25 minute walk to beach and restaurants. It's ok if you have a car

The rooms are clean. The hotel is near the river. Breakfast is ok. You can find restaurants near the hotel in the center of Agva, 10 minutes by car

Great location with the great view of the lake & peacefully quiet...

No tea or coffee & kettle in the rooms

i like the big space in the bungalow that we stayed in , the staff was very helpful , the view was every amazing , the breakfast was the best and some dishes are changed every day , the facilities like the bikes was for free and the river bike also where for free , it was such a relaxing time in Agva and i like the people of Agva at all .

there was a bad smell on the bed sheet , and also bad smell in the bathroom
