Olinda Hotel & Spa

We have had a joyful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Onur Bey. I will come back for sure. Rooms were big enough and clean , we had a balcony. The bathroom was also clean but some adjustments could be done ,like toilet seat or cabin doors .The breakfast staff was also very attentive and ready to help.Overall it was a pleasure for me and my friends.

There is nothing impressive about this hotel

-There is no parking space at the hotel, and you are left to your luck to find a spot or you will have to park far away.-The worst hotel breakfast I've ever tried; it is not an open buffet. They only bring you eggs, cheese, olives, and jam, and the food quality is poor.-The price of a cup of coffee in the hotel is very high, more expensive than in five-star hotels in London.-None of the reception staff speaks English at all, and they make you struggle with Google Translate.-When checking out, they asked for the plastic room cards, and one was lost, so they said I had to pay a $5 fine!-The hotel elevator is very old and in a miserable state, only accommodating two people without luggage.-The bathroom doors in the rooms are bad and cannot be closed.-The air conditioners are very old.-The furnishings are very old and need to be renewed.It is not at the level of a 3-star hotel and deserves only one star.

Great location just in front of the beach. Big Migros just next to the hotel, so you can buy whatever you need. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful personnel. In short, good place to stay!

Great hot breakfast. Location is walking distance from the sandy beach where you can swim under the supervision of the live guards during the swimming season. A walking distance from river boat trips and shopping in the bazar.

The Elevator were out of order for my whole stay, We suffered a lot from climbing the stair as we had a back and knee problems. No safety deposits in the rooms. We had to go swimming with our money and passports hidden in our bags.My room where only with partial sea view. I do not know if they have a better view. I asked for upgrade but they said this is the only room reserved to me!! The Hotel were off- season with minim gusts, I think.
