Nothing it was marvelous

Clean and quiet place, friendly staff and great location near beach with free parking included!

The rooms with direct access to the pool were superb, well-equipped with everything you need, and beautifully decorated. The hotel truly deserves its 5 stars, very beautiful, with respectful and attentive staff, and a very good breakfast.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the accommodation. I would mention that the resort is small and not very crowded, but it’s a good location for relaxation.

The hotel it is close to the beach (like 5 minutes away), designed carefully and nice generally. Nice big room, nice design of the room, good quality mattress. Area it is pretty quiet so you can relax in peace even in the high season. A grocery store it is nearby and most of the restaurants in the same area (+/- 5-20 minutes walking). Breakfast was excellent, good quality coffee and large variety of tea and juice. Parking near the hotel also was available in a closed parking lot and with controlled access. Some services are as expected (breakfast, cleaning, room service, availability for information's from the lobby personal). Breakfast was almost the same every day, but the number of options was big so no problem for us, after 5 days some options still remained to be tested in another trip. To be honest I had no idea what else they could supply for breakfast. Massage was fine or more than fine, a little unusual but that's why I try it in different places. They do allow pet along with the owner so good to know that they respect that promise. Bottom line: we will be back and definitely recommend it . Also the Lozenetz it is a small town but a very nice option to relax at the Seaside. The outside temperature was more agreeable than expected, nice breeze and pretty strong waves all the time. The AC unit in very good condition, functioned as expected.

Unstable slow Wi-Fi connection in the room, frequently disconnecting, useless for business video connection, I planned to work remotely it was impossible. The Spa (Jacuzzi, Steam bath, sauna) it is available only as a pay option with prior reservation . Pet friendly tax: 45 LEV/day.

Disappointed

Our room was described as "Adults only", but there were many children at the pool, making noise and splashing. In the room there was only one bottle of water at 0.5 only on the first day, in the following days you no longer had water for coffee. Cleanliness only on the surface. Very high prices. Expensive and unprofessional massage. I do not recommend!!!

Modern, comfortable and clean rooms and lobby, direct access to the pool from the room, very nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Recommendation for the free parking lot to be asphalted.

It’s just great! If they can change the music at the pool will be much, much better. The music now is either heavy drug after party or top 40s. Neither of it fits the estate and the style. As well as the music goes from normal to very high volume. I have spoken to the receptionist and one of the managers but nothing changed. This is my 3th or fourth stay.

Very clean and quiet place. The food was very delicious. The rooms were cleaned daily. Very close to the beach.

The room

Everything! Unfriendly personnel. A lot of rules. You pay a lot for direct access to the swimming pool which closed 19:00?? But drunk people stay in front your room until 02:00 undisturbed. We ordered massage and the person don’t stopped asking for extra money. We took a chocolate outside the mini bar and they asked us to pay it instead of putting it back to the fridge. No coming back. No wonder the hotel was have full

Price could be a little better as the beach is a little far and beach is not that good itself

Spacious rooms(we had a family room), breakfast buffet very rich with fresh local food as well! Special relax area in the swimming pool where children were not allowed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Location is great - 50m from the central beach and 5 min walk from the Lozenets center.

Minor nuisance - we were with a baby in one of the rooms and half of the days they keep forgetting to give us towels for the baby too. Easily resolved when I called reception, hence not really a problem. More of a suggestion for the hotel cleaning service.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff were very friendly

Had a wonderful stay & would say it's probably the best hotels in lozenets. The location is perfect litteraly a 2 minute walk to the beach & 5 minutes to the centre, the staff were very attentive & very professional & they even let us check in a bit early aswell as letting us check out an hour later, the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time with a vast selection to choose from, we stayed on the ground floor deluxe rooms which gave you direct access to the pool which made us feel quite special, the toiletries in the bathroom was first class & the bed was super comfortable, I would definitely recommend this hotel for people visiting lozenets & if we ever visit this region again, I would stay without thinking twice irrelevant of the price as it's worth it

There is nothing I didn't like but I would recommend maybe giving more options of premium tv channels in the room for when your chilling out & also possible a big screen in the bar area as we stayed when the 2024 Euros was on & it would have been nice watching it with a drink in hand overlooking the lovely scenery

The location is perfect: close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops around, but no noise at all. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Personal recommendation for the rooms with a pool exit: amazing idea??The breakfast was excellent as well. The staff is very nice and well trained.

My daughter said the fitness is not very well equipped

Pool rooms are fab. Staff were kind and very willing to help in any way possible. It’s very clean, food is good and breakfast has large selection.

They didn’t have information about trips or buses etc. I got blood on a towel and they charged me 60 lev which is about £30 for it. Music around pool is mainly dance music which isn’t very relaxing.

Everything was over the expectations. The breakfast was very diversified and full, covering all tastes. The locations si keeping at high quality (the pool, the room, the restaurant and off corse the people)

Noting to complain.

Super clean, great breakfast, wonderful facilities, very close to the beach. The young man at the reception always welcomed us with a smile and was very genuine and kind. Also, the massages at the spa center were very pleasant and relaxing.

Everything was new and clean, staff was very friendly, location is great- 2-3 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk from Lozenets city center and close to lots of nice restaurants.

A bit noisy at evenings as there were parties at the pool continuing after 23 PM. We were disappointed by the restaurant in the hotel- the Circle. Food was not delicious but pricy. Much better places to have dinner/ lunch at.

The staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. The food was really good, especially in the restaurant. The hotel was quiet when we were there which was perfect for us at the time.
