Hotel Perla Beach Luxury - All Inclusive & Free Beach Access

We loved the location and the beach. The manager of the hotel was really trying her best to accommodate us.

The rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were moldy and dirty. In fact our whole room smelled like mold. I saw a cockroach in our room the first night of our stay. Clean sheets and towels were provided everyday, but housekeeping was not cleaning the room. You need to pay extra for premium alcohol or frappe, I didn't see that on the listing anywhere. Food was ok, but leftovers from breakfasts were served as afternoon snacks. Pool is not heated. No drinks or food offered down at the beach as expected by a 5 star resort. Nothing to do in a rainy day. Kids club was disgusting - very dirty with a bunch of trashy toys thrown on the ground. I wouldn't stay here again and I would say this is a 2-3 star resort.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly and smiling personnel, also the food is good. Beach is perfect for kids.After all, its an excellent place for a family with kids.

There is place for improvement, could be more drinks for all inclusive and diversity.

The hotel has a great location with a lovely view from the rooms . Everything in town is in walking distance from the hotel which is very convenient . The rooms were very spacious and very clean . Staff were very friendly and always ready to help and the food in the restaurant was great . Definitely one of our favourite places to visit now!

Poor hygiene in general. Cleaning stuff came in the room to leave towels every day, but ‘cleaned’ our room once for the 5 days. Our bed was made only once and the sheets were changed once. The towels given were stained. There was a smell from the bathroom because the sink was missing a siphon. The terrace was lovely, but it was so dirty like it had never been cleaned before. Most of the stuff didn’t speak Bulgarian, nor English. That’s too disappointing, considering we are in Bulgaria :(

The location is good, really close to the beach. The food was good and diverse, the staff was polite.

There aren’t enough parking spaces.

- food extraordinarily limited in variety- there was a complete lack of taste in the dishes served for breakfast, lunch and dinner- what was not eaten at breakfast was brought to the Snack before lunch - lack of music at the pool (I didn't want a party, but something would have been good)- unheated pool - The staff doesn't speak English almost at all- The F&B manager was arguing with his subordinates in front of the customers, without any embarrassment… if she is not busy talking on the phone, on a loud tone

Bathroom could be cleaner. We stayed in the middle of June (beginning of the season) and the service was better and better but the beginning was not really perfect.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

I am extremely disappointed. This property has nothing to do with five stars accommodation, the rate we have been charged for the stay. If I have to rate it, I will give it two and a half, three stars. The breakfast that was included in the price was a joke compared to the other three stars hotels. The furniture in the lobby was warned out like they have been purchased on the second-hand market. The toilet in the unit had no pressure and was hard to flush. When taking a shower in the shower cabin, it took a while the water the drain. No one from the staff was wearing a mask. There was no coffee maker or tea in the room nor safe box which every five-star hotel has to offer. No iron nor ironing board in the rooms. To use one, you had to request it from the reception, and you had to return it within two hours. The plaster in the bedroom was chipping off.I am also disappointed at Booking for listing hotels without checking them out. I will not stay at this hotel again nor I will recommend it to someone.
