    Pros +

    • First the positives - the two outdoor swimming pools, a pool bar, and the breakfast were quite nice. The staff - were generally welcoming, but it didn't feel like they cared about the quality of our stay but were following a script/set of rules - especially the hotel manager. The bartenders at the pool were great, however, they were not allowed to make "off the menu" cocktails saying they'll have to charge for every ingredient separately. The "cleanness" of the place that they're so proud of was overdone - the "SPA" area was unusable due to intense chlor smell - I couldn't spend there more than 5 minutes. It is worth mentioning that the covered pool with the roof is 14+ so if you're planning vacation with kids - this is not an area available to them. Breakfast was decent, a little repetitive, but it was not bad at all.
    • We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The food was really good and had decent variety. Shout-out to Georgi as well, he made the stay a lot more enjoyable and pleasant.
    • Good hotel. Good value for money. Nice staff. Free parking.

    Cons -

    • Now the negatives - in the order or importance:1. We did not sleep for the first night because of the loud noise/vibrations in our room coming from the roof. Apparently someone in the kitchen forgot to turn off the exhaust fans which were in close proximity above our room that was causing the noise/vibrations. The hotel staff couldn't care less - the answer from the hotel via the booking.com chat was that "nobody complained before" about the noise in the room, despite the fact that I measured 66.4 db at 1 AM in the morning. They didn't even try to investigate or solve it. I had to troubleshoot the issue myself and point to what was causing it - it was torture - I don't wish anyone to go through it, and this night - was the worst experience I ever had on booking.com - and I stayed in "shady" places in developing countries - nothing beats this! In any case, if you're going to stay in one of the largest and more expensive rooms in the hotel - the family room A2 on the 4th floor, be prepared that you can only sleep between 22:00 and 6:00 as the fans turn on at 6:00 and off at 22:00. 2. The hotel manger insists that no food or drinks bought outside the hotel are allowed to the room. When I asked for the confirmation via booking.com chat asking if it was true (I had a feeling that he wanted me to bribe him), I got an excuse for the answer that by this policy they're able to keep the hotel clean, despite the fact that they have in room dining service. Complete nonsense - their own food doesn't create mess? In any case - if you expect to have a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony, or buy snacks for your kids - beware, it's against the hotel rules.3. The SPA was unusable due to strong chemical smell - I couldn't be on the same floor with the said SPA for more than 5 minutes - in the spa area itself I managed to stay only 30 seconds - then had to leave because my eyes were sore.
    • the air conditioner filters haven't been cleaned in years and the air quality wasn't good
    • The food at breakfast was bad - bad quality products. Generally, the restaurant is bad and there are no good quality food alternatives in the area.

    The pool is good.

The food at breakfast was bad - bad quality products. Generally, the restaurant is bad and there are no good quality food alternatives in the area.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly people at reception, comfortable rooms, very clean, very nice area with swimming-pool. Good breakfast, although quite repetitive. The hotel is build this way that rooms stay as cool as possible during hot summer. We almost didn't use air-conditioning.

Maybe buffet dinner was not worth the money. Food was good but didn't include any drinks. You can have a la carte dinner in a good restaurant for the same money.

Very nice hotel, extremely clean, friendly staff. Free parking available on a nearby site. Underground parking at premise is also available but there is some charge and the number of slots is limited.

    9PetrovaPosted on: 8-3-2024

Friendly staff, excellent location with private parking. Breakfast was great, cozy atmosphere. Personal attitude and understanding to guests’ needs.

Mattress was good but could be better. Cleanliness was also sufficient but I would recommend deep cleaning of the bathroom and carpet on regular basis.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and the place was immaculately clean. Everything very reasonably priced.

    Everything except for the parking.

The ad in Booking says free parking and that’s only part of the truth. They have an underground parking space that is secure and keeps your car away from the elements and that’s 20lv additional per night. The free parking is actually a grassy, muddy area that if it rains enough you will have a fun time driving out of. The grassy parking is only secured by a padlock that can easily be cut and the gate can actually probably be kicked down if you tried hard enough. The underground parking is empty most of the time.. i believe it should be available to guests without cost. If not, at least make the overground parking a bit more secure and maybe pave it.

Very nice and clean environment, really polite helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and really delicious dinners. Also very nice area to rest outside around pool. Free parking behind the corner. I liked everything and our stay was very pleasant in this hotel.

Staff, food, pool, room, cleanliness was just perfect

The great hotel is surrounded by super noisy pubs and before 11:30 pm it is impossible to get to bed you can hear even with closed windows and ear taps very laud music

Very clean, amazing interior design, staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool area was superb. The parking was very nice and easy accessible. Breakfast was tasty. Overall out holiday was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

A bit repetitive breakfast choices, but very tasty.

Beautiful hotel near the beach with own pool and bar. Professional staff (the receptionist were always ready to help, the cleaning lady was really kind). The hotel itself is not too large (in comparison with other hotels in Primorsko) which is a big plus for using the services of hotel (e.g. pool, breakfast etc.) and it makes the stay more comfortable. Definitely recommended!

    10NataliaPosted on: 8-3-2023

The room was cleaned every day. Quiet and cosy. The bed is a bit softer than what I am used to sleep on. The pool is clean and the music is calming. The breakfast is good.

    10НиколайPosted on: 7-31-2023

The breakfast was rich. I have enjoyed the meals and the variety. Freshly prepared, tasty and the restaurant is clean. The personal is very friendly. The internet speed was also good enough.

One thing if applicable I would add - please ensure there is a brighter choice for beer beverages like IPA. :-)

    everything was perfect

    8PressianaPosted on: 7-21-2023

It was a new, clean hotel with a nice, clean swimming pool. The distance to the beach was short and the breakfast was good.

The parking was not very close to the hotel, although still walking distance. Quite a few of the staff seemed new and inexperienced. There was a loud pub/mehana close by making it difficult to sleep before 11pm.

    7jakubPosted on: 7-11-2023

Good staff, clean rooms which got cleaned daily, working AC, good indoor playground for kids!

Loud music from all around the hotel. You cant sleep before midnight. There is a smoke detector which keeps flashing in the room and cant be turned offThe fridge is small and the rules say you cant put your stuff in it.The swimming pool is cold as hell. Second pool for adults 12+ is even colder and they call it 'relax'..The room is full of Czechs because it's contracted to czech travel agencies. Therefore it'd full of rude czech boomers. Avoid this place if you can.The breakfasts are just standard continental. They offer nothing local like banica...If you come by car the parking is on someone elses property two blocks away. The wellness is turned off and you have to request it in advance. The fitness has bad AC so running 3km on a belt there makes you die and gasping for breath.

We visited Siena Palace second year in a row and we were as amazed as the first time. Each member of the staff was super friendly and polite. The breakfast was satisfying and delicious. And of course the parking was for sure a plus. The relax zone at the pool and the sauna/jacuzzi were a life saver for the days that were not suitable for the beach. The only thing i would suggest to be improved is the fabric of the umbrellas at the pool as they were ripped at some places and ir ruins, a little bit, the perfect aesthetic of the whole complex. Even with that said, I highly recommend this place to everyone and we will for sure visit it again.
