Curtains were very thin and by 6.30am the room is full of light.

The hotel's location is convenient - just a short drive to Burgas. It is close to the sea front (but do not mistake this to mean that it has sea access - it is a 15-minute walk to the nearest, very small beach - would instead recommend going somewhere else to enjoy the sea). Sarafovo itself is small, quiet and cute enough, with cafes and restaurants available. The big advantage of the hotel was that they allowed dogs in.

We were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room - the bathroom, especially the toilet seat, was incredibly dirty, and the bedsheets had stains on them. The mattress was sagging and not comfortable, and there were lots of ants and spiders in the room. Additionally, the room smelled very stuffy/like mould.

The hotel is well placed at a end of the town therefore it is quiet and plenty of parking. About 10 min walk to the beach and 15 to downtown. Some good restaurant in the area.The beds are confortable, the linens is very clean and so are the towels.

The bathroom (at least on our room) need urgent refurbishment. And also a little more attention to cleaning.

Accessibility to baby stroller not available.It would be great if they consider giving a welcome drink, at least water for people who arrive late night when stores are closed. I requested for baby cot but it wasn't provided.

The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean, bright and beds comfortable.The parking is in front and places are multiple.

Location

When you book a room with a see view, you expect a sea view. It was a side apartment with no direct sea view and actually I felt being lied to. There are rooms in this hotel which face the sea directly, but mine was not one of those. They should be more open and honest in their offering.

Everything is good except the receptionist in the morning on check out

The lady in the morning on reception wanted to take more money than I paid already online through booking and she was asking for cash saying that it's for the dog. Which is a scam apparently because when I booked the room and paid it it was clear that i had my dog with me. And then when I refuse to pay she got very rude and loud.

Lovely small family hotel. Equipped with everything you need. Beautiful sea view. Close to the beach and airport.

The mattress were a bit too soft for us but some people might like it.

The fact that the receptionist went home leaving a note on reception window saying she had popped out and would return in fifteen mins we waited until midnight ..it was unbelievable that they had keysafe on the outside .due to our delayed flight the receptionist thought we weren't coming and didn't consider leaving message or email to let us know the keysafe number and room details .we had paid in advance for the room .so it would have been best practice to let us know the details of keysafe and room .we informed booking .com.on customer service email as soon as our flight was delayed.however booking .com have a no reply system in place which meant we were stranded 300km from our destination at midnight . This prompted us to cancel our reservation for the 8th To 11th July again our request fell on deaf ears .I am totally dissatisfied with both bookings .com.and hotel briz I've paid for 4 nights room .and got nothing I won't ever consider using. Booking .com ever again
