Pros +
- We really liked the room we got, which was great for our family - it was big, it was clean and had a great view of both the beach and parking lot.The food was really good and diverse. We had a toddler so we appreciated the baby food corner and the large number of high chairs. The pools and beach were clean.
- Will not go there again.
- The seaview room was very nice.Food is good Most staff and guests from Ukraine,Romania .The beach is sandy clean and nice
Cons -
- We did not like the fact that with all the signs, people kept on "marking" beach and pool chairs. We had to also adapt and do it if we wanted to stay closer to the sea ( it was harder to stay on the last row with small kids that needed attention).
- There was no internet, the food was plenty, but bad quality
- .I am Bulgarian and felt like a foreigner in my own country as 90%staff did not speak Bulgarian well.Evening entertainment was not good at all.

I've stayed in multiple All Inclusive hotels in Bulgaria during the last 10 years, and by far this is the best one. I booked a room at the beginning of September an had an incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive – the room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The towels were changed daily. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes, from fresh salads and seafood to delicious desserts. The dining experience was enjoyable every day.The facilities are great, especially for families or anyone looking to have fun. The water slides are a highlight – they were a big hit for my child and the fact they're included in the price, weighted more in our decision to book this hotel. The pools were always clean as well, and well-supervised. We also enjoyed the Jazz Bar, with live music, but it's a pity it's not open daily A special mention to the entertainment team – they were amazing! Their energy and creativity made each day fun, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. From pool games to evening shows, the team really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I'd like to mention here the Variete Plan B team as well. Very good show and a big Kudos.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.
The only downside was that I couldn’t book a table at any of the themed restaurants. Even though they were often empty, all time slots seemed to be at full capacity. It was a bit disappointing not being able to experience them despite multiple attempts to make a reservation.
Excellent location, right on the beach. All facilities available, very clean. Friendly staff, animation for kids available. I even received an unexpected birthday card & gift.
The gym equipment needs some updates
Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The rooms and common spaces were kept clean. Lots of choice for food, some dishes were done surprisingly well. Alcohol quality was good and the cocktails were adequate.
Sometimes not all bath towels were replaced, which led to us having to share a towel twice during our stay. Most of the food choices, including in the thematic restaurants, was adequate, but some dishes were flops.
the food was very tasty, staff were very helpful, rooms were super clean. the beach was clean
the restaurants with specific quisine (italian restaurant, fish restaurant) were completely booked, and even though we tried to reserve a spot during a whole week, we couldn't find a table. i would suggest they let reservations be done only 2 days maximum in advance and not for the whole week. so new tourists that come here can have a chance at reserving a table
If there were 20 stars to give, I would give them. They say this is a corner of Paradise-and indeed, it is. The staff is really nice and tries to help with all demands. I had some special mobility issues and they found me the perfect room. The sea view is amazing, the room clean, spacious and quiet. If you have any problem, ask them to help and they are there. The food is great and plenty. Even as a vegetarian you can eat each day for 7 days without repeating. Some tips: as there are 2 entrances, the food you find till the hot food/dessert area repeats itself on the other part, so if it is crowded, or you need something that has just finished (they replace it very quickly, but if you do not want to wait at all), just go on the other end. They also have a "health" corner where I found some delicious grilled olives, tahini, tomato juice, vegetable bread, etc. Worth looking for and tasting from.I only visited 2 of the thematic restaurants, another tip-make your reservations there using the QR code in your room. You don't need to go to the reception for this, and can do it whenever you want it (in the middle of the night if you find yourself craving something :) ). Except for one lady who I guess was very tired at the Bulgarian restaurant, all the staff at the restaurants (the main one, the Italian, the Bulgarian) is really nice and tries to help as much as possible, even when they have hundreds of people, each with their demands. They clean very quickly, replace the food very quickly-again ask them and they will help you.The wi-fi could be a tad better, but it works. I don't know about the tv, as I have tv at home but not the sea, so I preferred to look at the sea.If you look for a very vivid night life, this hotel is not for you now. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday this is the perfect place. They have a lot of entertainment and there are a lot of happy children around, but it is quiet and peaceful.
Located right next to the beach. So you have a great view and don't have to choose between the pool and the beach. Waterpark. Nice food in the restaurant. Several bars and restaurants, so you can get beverages and some food all the day in convenient places. Amazing night shows. Great animation team. The pools are cleaned every day, so there is no beach sand left in them.We didn't have lack of places in the main restaurant and near the pools.Sunrise over the sea and sunset over the mountains.Huge parking. Shuttle to Obzor from morning to evening.
Our sea view room in fact mostly was a side-sea view room.Mold in the air conditioners in the room and restaurant. The water in the pools was too cold. The children's pool is too far from the main one, where all animation activities take place.Could not make a reservation in Bulgarian restaurant even a week ahead. There is nowhere to go for a walk or see anything except nearby hotels. There is no pharmacy nearby.
Nice location on the beach
The hotel is dated, bathrooms on the restaurant floor are smelly and not cleaned. We had to change 3 rooms (unbearble sewer smell, air conditioning leaking). Also, very crouded (in particular at the restaurant area). Some guests leave their towels on the beach bed over night so at 6.30 AM it is already difficult to find a free umbrella on the beach. Food could be improved a lot
Excellent location and animation! Food was nice too! Chocolate fountain ⛲️- was amazing.
Small variety of food in themed restaurants.
Almost ideal for family with kids
A little bit to crowded. And the pillow of my twin bed was terrible. The access ways between the hotel and the beach are very complicated
Fair price for good quality! 1. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the big balcony in the evenings. 2. The food is great and you have a lot of variety. They have enough baby chairs in canteen and a baby food corner (they have biscuits, semolina, milk and bulgarian baby food. As an advice for the hotel - it would be easier for parents if it were written on english as well on the food jars.3. The staff is friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to our problems.4. Animation team was amazing. Our little one (1yr5months) was delighted.
1. Mini disco is scheduled until late in the evening. Around 22.30/23.00. With the windows closed there was no problem but some of the guests wanted to see the show from the 3rd floor balcony with windows opened. The sound was very loud and disturbing for our little one. Maybe you can write an announcement on every window balcony from the floor for the guests to shut down the windows after them if they want to enjoy the show from upstairs.
First of all, everything in the hotel was VERY clean. Staff extra nice and very helpful. Beachfront very nice and close, swimming pools well maintained. Lost and found items actually functional (recovered some items).
Our stay at SOL Luna in Obzor was pleasant, with excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
It's high time you got rid of that idiot who hands out beach towels. He doesn't speak any languages, and on top of that, he's really dumb, poor guy. This is the third year in a row that I'm writing a negative review specifically about him. Next time, I'll choose a hotel with more competent staff.
Employees are kindness, hotel is near the beach, a couple facilities for children , lots of fruits and very good ice cream by Nestle , tasty cocktails, clean area with a sufficient numbers of sunbeds and towels, disco for children
Food was almost the same every day and tasteless , no beach bar, I enjoy seafood but just one day I found an overcooked squid rings, animators for the small swimming pool ( children under 4-5 years old) were almost disappeared, the majority of the events have running at the deeper swimming pool
Animation staff was absolutely gorgeous. Main meals at the restaurant were delicious. Location is perfect.
Alcohol was a bit fake. I'm wondering if beer has any alcohol in it.
Excellent food, a lot of choices starting from fruits, finishing desert. Excellent animation team. Friendly staff.
Pleasant
1.Lack of Romanian language programs, only in German language at TV.2.You should instruct the pool supervisor to forbidden jumping into interior pool, splashing others including small children into eyes is not pleasant thing, I understand jumping outside in free air in summer, bot NOT inside with a limited pool area.
Nice hotel. Diversity of the food. Activities planned each day. Kids friendly. The room with sea view was a big plus. Overall a pleasant stay!
