Pros +

The receptionist. She was really helpful.
Friendly English speaking staff. I felt like the owners were present and proud of their place. They had parking in the back that was not evident until we got there. It was good to have a small car. Great breakfast at extra cost.

Cons -

It was really cold in the room the whole night.
Not bad but forth floor was like a loft, required walking up stairs. Small elevators typical of Italy. Not a problem for us, but if you have issues.
