Breakfast was good with good options. Taste was grate although being in the room at the back without a nice view is not great. Service was great. Location for the hotel is perfect.

Great freindly staff and quite quirky hotel with bakery and bar/cafe in the same place. Also popular with locals which gave a nice atmosphere.

Very small elevator and some noisy works going on next to the breakfast hall which disturbed breakfast.

Hotel was centrally located with a pleasant cafe beneath it

First room i was given had not been cleaned after the last guests left, with bed sheets unmade and wet towels on the floor. When i complained the staff did not speak to me or apologise, they simply tapped on the computer for 3 minutes and handed me a key to a much smaller room with a leaking air conditioning unit, literally pouring water onto the floor when turned on. When i mentioned this the next morning the lady on the desk said they were aware of the problem, but no apology again. Breakfast is served in large room at the end of a corridor behind the nice cafe...it was decent enough, but very dark as the light were not turned on for the majority of my meal. All things considered, this was quite possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had...

AC was not cooling, restaurant staff was not enough so we couldnot order food.

Room was very clean every day.. Food was great, especially cookies and icecreams.. Ouner, very hospitable

Bath was a bit old edge... And the smell of the sewers under the streets was.. Pfff. But, of corce, it is a city problem, i think.

The breakfast was good and with plenty to choose. I am gluten intolerant and the hotel did gluten free bread and some nice little chocolate type muffin cakes. Hot breakfast if wanted. Cold meats and plenty fruit juices. Hot drinks.

My only wish would have been to have had a kettle in my room so I could of made myself a cup of tea or coffee when needed.

Very welcoming and great atmosphere. They had a bakery and ice cream shop open in the daytime and evening which was great, as well as a restaurant

Well situated - very close to bus/train station and to shopping. Room was clean,decent sized and had AC. Staff was very competent and friendly. On site parking was extremely helpful.

The pillows on the bed were a bit thin.

Comfortable Executive rooms, great bathrooms and comfy beds. Konditorei attached to the hotel. Good breakfast choice.

Some extra hanging space for clothes. Maybe because I chose an executive room these are more designed for the business traveller and only have a couple of hangers with no wardrobe. OK for one or two nights.

Location is perfect, right in center of town, free parking is always a plus. Breakfast was ok, classic continental.

A little expensive for what they have to offer. Maybe an old school hotel, needs modern facelift. Four of us stayed in one triple and one single room. Single room was ok, triple little old fashioned with not so good beds.

aircon and location. in town centre but very easy ingress and exit. cakes in the on site coffee shop out of the world.

Location close to the highway but in a calm place, good for a rest whil etravelling. Helpful personnel. Quite good restaurant, open in the evening till late being helpful when you reach the hotel late after tiresome travel, also really good breakfast.

Unfortunately the aircondition did not work in our room while the night was hot. a big fan provided by the staff instead was very loud so not helpful for the night.
