JUFA Hotel Murau - Self Check-in

Location of the property was excellent. Breakfast was very varied and completely satisfying. Excellent. The room (in annex across the road) was large.

No Wi-fi for the 5 days and nights, with no less than 5 separate explanations. Disappointed. The beds were rock hard. Our room was located in the annex with a table and chairs directly outside our door which was perfect for loud partying at night after 11pm.

The location of the Hotel is great. And the facilities also. We were there for a short time so we didn't get a chance to experience everything, but what we did was top-notch. Great sauna.

The location, right close to the historical center, and the spacious room. Also breakfast was very good.

The WC had a bad smell despite being very clean, the feeling is that of an hostel more than a hotel, and the lady at the checkout in the morning doesn’t speak anything but German (and says it very arrogantly, making it clear that it’s your problem if you don’t speak German, not her fault if, despite working as a concierge in an hotel, she doesn’t speak English) and was of no help, unable to give us indication about the attractions nearby and also unable to make a correct invoice. At the end, it’s not a luxury hotel but just a beautiful hostel, so I think it was really expensive.

Good location. Clean. Water and sweets in the room.

Double bed is actually two single beds moved together. No air conditioning and windows face the street with cars passing by.

We did like the breakfast also the sauna area

The room was an attic room and it was ucomfortable to move around

Family room is spacoius and comfortable, breakfast is copius with plenty of choice. There is a room for winter gear, and nice lobby with playhouse for little ones.

The breakfast was acceptable or better I can say fair. The dinner was awfull. Not the taste. Dinner time was between 18.00 and 20.00 CET. After 7 o'clock there was nothing to choose from. No more meat, no more soup, no more cakes etc. Only garnish. With my tired and hungry doughters, exhausted from skiing, it was unpleasant. The rooms, the hotel, the staff the location and all the rest was excellent. I would highlight the railway connection with the ski area. it was comfortable and pleasant and the station was real close to the hotel and to the lifts. I would reccomend this hotel, but take care with the dinner.

Everything was as expected. Good value, clean hotel located close to the Kreischberg ski area.

The breakfest could be a bit more - they ran out of eggs quickly.

Next time in Murau, I'll book another hotel.
