- We had an apartment with a balcony with an amazing view of the valley. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. They provided lots of help with maps and walking routes. The hotel is right next to the bus stop and close to the cable car and chairlift. The pool area is very nice and lovely and warm.
- The staff was very helpfull and tried there best to speak English. They arranged a table in the restaurant though we had no reservation. Thanks to the friendly lady in the reception, she gave us helpfull tips!
- Nicely decorated apartment; nice separation between living room and bedroom; beautiful view from the balcony; close distance to bus stop and supermarket (only steps away); prompt support and replies from the staff
Cons -
- The beds were a little hard and so were the seating areas in the living room (also very upright) so it was hard to relax / watch TV in the evening. Access to the pool from the apartment was down the side of the exterior of the hotel near the bins etc. It would have been much nicer from inside the hotel.
- The view from ou room could have been better. Maybe on the other side of the building there are better views?
- Bread rolls offered to the room in the morning were not very fresh
