- Without any advance warning, the front desk closed at I believe 20:00. Some guests who happened to be in the seating near in the lobby were kind enough to help me figure out how to check-in. There are some lock boxes for guest keys who arrive late near the front door. Signage was only in German. They also helped me find my room, which was in a building in the back. Very little signage, and it was very dark. Staff could care less when I mentioned this the next morning. When I asked if I can have an extra hour to check out due to my delay getting into my room the night before, they said yes, if I paid an extra 40 euros.

I had a single room and stayed for 1,5 day there. I loved the room, the view on the mountains, the bathroom is also comfortable. The most wonderful place was the balcony - I could even sit there for 3 h and enjoy the view. The territory is beautiful with a lot of free area and the parking is good and big. The dinner was amazing!
