- We had a gorgeous family suite on the top floor with beautiful views. There was plenty of space, even with an extra travel cot and 'put-you-up' single bed. It was an easy 15 minute walk down the hill to the old town of Schongau. And we had a lovely evening at the Brauhaus just 5 minutes down the road.

Hospitality was wonderful, with a friendly, helpful greeting. Location was great for visiting Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles as well as the Wieskirche. Also good location for traveling to Oberammergau and Garmish-Partenkirchen.

The room was nice and in a good condition, everything was clean. The area seems green and quiet. There was a free bottle of water in the room - a very nice touch, much appreciated.
There was no safe deposit box in the room - but I believe at the reception it was available. The location is not particularly central, need a car to get to places, but it's a quick drive.

We stayed for one night, received instructions by email on how to collect key in box outside entrance door. For the whole of our stay there was absolutely no staff visible, except for cleaning lady who knocked on our door at 8 a.m. Because of no staff there was also no option of breakfast.

Based on the images uploaded, we were expecting a more modern and better maintained bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and okay.
Amazing hotel. We really liked everything, the place is just wonderful, it's a pity that we were only there for one night.On my birthday I woke up to the singing of birds.
Your hotel was very very disappointing and should not be referred to as a hotel. If was over priced with very poor service and never ever again will I visit
