Located at the foot of the Mönchsberg Mountain and only a 5-minute walk from the historic Getreidegasse and the Old Town of Salzburg, the Am Neutor Hotel Salzburg Zentrum offers free WiFi access. The nonsmoking Am Neutor Hotel offers traditionally furnished rooms with cable TV, a safe, a desk, a luggage rack, and a bathroom. Drinks and snacks are served in the Café dein.treff. Every morning a buffet breakfast is available, which can be enjoyed on the bright terrace during summer. Staff are happy to recommend and book tickets and tours. Parking is possible on site, depending on availability and at a surcharge.

Cons -
- Poor stuff, bad attitude
- Quality not as described. moment walked in, knew carpet was old and dirty. Bed was very soft. The bathroom had a lot of problems: door fell off hinge, shower sprayer hose worn-out that cant control direction of flow, dirty sink, holes/screws on walls, ...
- Of course no a/c, so you had to leave the windows open and so the street noise was a problem until 4:30am, when the loud talkers finally called it a night
