- Room and ensuite were fantastic
- Incredible service, above and beyond. Went to lunch prior to a performance for Mozart Festival, but forgot our tickets in the hotel. The front desk forwarded them to the restaurant and seamlessly delivered it to us so we could go to the show.
- We were unsure about staying in this part of town but we were quite delighted to discover is was better than where we had originally chosen, and it wasn't as far from local sights as we thought. The hotel was modern and our room was very clean.
Cons -
- To be picky the only thing that could have been. Ether was to have kettle and cups in room tea chocolate and coffee. To be fair when requested kettle was provided but only small cup but no tea or coffe
