- -nice, big room-comfortable bed-nice staff -parking in front of the hotel -small shop nearby
Cons -
- Since I wanted to sleep with window open, traffic noise bothered me.

Big comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, short drive into town center, next to market and gas station, very quiet at night. Good place to stay in Bitlis.
Our only issue was it was too hot in the room even with the windows open.
Very spacios rooms. Private parking for my motorbike in front of the hotel. Very friendly family enterprise.
May be a little bit overprized for the location. But I would always come back.
The staff was extremely helpful and helped us to order food online. The room was huge and nicely cleaned.
Unfortunately breakfast was not good so we didn’t even attempt to eat it.
Breakfast could definitely have been better. No A/C. When you opened the windows the noise from the outside was a bit much ad the highway is right outside the windows.
Quiet, clean, breakfast and staff
