Wonderful staff, beautiful room with everything you could want, great bathroom

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, big enough for two adults and a kid.

Great location, easily accessible with the car. Very clean and wide room with a very good bathroom. Owner is very kind and of great support to make they stay pleasant.

The Hotel was easy to find, a truly magnificent room, top cleanliness, comfortable beds. The Bathrooms were modern and spotlessly clean as was the entire room. An amazing breakfast (yogurt/muesli, fruit/vegetables, bread, meat, cheese) all fresh and tasty - good coffee and orange juice. The pleasant conversation and attentiveness of the owners made our stay really nice. We will definitely stay at the "Hotel am Schlossplatz" the next time we are in the area.

Excellent accommodation (including for groups), newly renovated. Super friendly and lovely host. Great location less than 10 minutes drive from Hohenzollern castle.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, even giving up their parking spot for us. They seemed always available if we needed anything. Also, we heard the hotel was renovated recently and we thought everything seemed new and comfortable.

Really nice place. The personal is really friendly. Unfortunately we need to leave early in the morning and they prepare an extra breakfast to go the night before.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel am Schlossplatz.We were met at the front desk by the lovely owner of the hotel, she checked us in, took our breakfast requests and showed us to our room.The room was huge, with high quality finishes, and nice furnishings, bed covers etc. There was a fridge in the room, intercom, 2 large wall mounted TVs and if you visit in winter you won't be cold - the room had three very large new wall radiators with digital thermostats. Very nice bathroom with great lighting and also with a large wall mounted towel heater. The bed was huge and so comfortable, pillows and linens, towels etc were super clean and new and the room was very quiet.There were coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast which was delivered to our room was excellent and more than adequate. Such a lovely stay. Thankyou!

The Service was excellent, the breakfast was brought to the room, and perfectly on time. The extra washing service was incredibly well done and quick too. The woman working there was friendly and a great staff member.

We were 5 people, so we booked a family room. It was nice, but the bathroom was only one , so it took a long time to freshen up.

Lovely welcoming landlady, spacious super clean room, good WiFi, great shower, amazing breakfast served in room. Go for the muesli with honey yoghurt ! We stayed here to visit the Hohenzollern castle which is just ten minutes away by car.

Here we had a comfortable modern room with a spacious bathroom.

HOTEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. UNSAFE. NO AMENITIES.

This hotel is completely under construction. Front door was not accessible. We had to step over rubble to get in through a side door. Most rooms were filled with rubble. No Wifi. No soap. Construction dust and debris everywhere. This hotel should not be receiving guests, and is dangerous to access. We asked for a price reduction, but the hotel owner refused.

The hotel was centrally located and it is possible to park in the nearby streets or parking areas. The receptionist was very welcoming. It was good for an overnight stay.

The bathroom was a little dirty and the noise isolation is not so good as we can hear what the other room is watching on TV.

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Bed was big, soft and comfortable. Breakfast is good, polite staff.

Nothing, it was a nightmare.

A disgusting room in a disgusting hotel. A tiny room and a very tiny toilet, which is impossible to use. Everything is old and very cheap. The mattress in the bed is so hard, as if made of stone. The TV didn't work. We paid 125 euros for a room for one night, and 100 euros of them were overpaid.

Great and varied buffet offer for everyone's taste, something for everyone. The coffee is excellent. They have a large selection of teas. At the end we were very satisfied.

We were satisfied with everything, so we have no complaints.

I liked the room and the staff was also kind and attentive.

There is only street parking available with limited space and even that is time restricted from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m.
