Very comfortable bed and helpful staff at check in.

Breakfast was at the adjacent cafe. I would have preferred to have booked room only and taken breakfast at Stadtbäckerei Schultheiss where they were open on Sunday morning and the omlettes were delicious.

Room is clean, but dated. Beds are comfortable and there's plenty of hot water in the taps.Location is excellent, in the middle of town.Breakfast is not included, but there's a bakery just next door.

Missed some artwork on the walls to cheer up the room. Parking is not available.Staff was very nice but only present a few hours of the day; coffee and tea only available during those times.

Breakfast at the local bakery. Not a breakfast buffet, but fresh bread, coffee, cheese, ham, etc. A beautiful little town. Great service at the hotel. The room had a bathtub! :) The bed was super comfy with very comfortable pillows. I didn't use the WiFi because I have (almost) free roaming.

The view wasn't great, but since I was traveling for work, it didn't bother me (though it's good for others to know). No restaurant at the hotel, but many good restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were cleaned up every day. The rooms were generally clean. There was only a dirty glass in the bathroom from beginning until the end of the week. The personell was very friendly. But they were only available in the house at daytime.

I did not like that they hand out coupons for breakfast. The bakery is handing out a breakfast that is good. But you don not have a choice. It is over a bowling bar, so dependent to the place of your room it´s possible to be quite loud. It was very poor, not even google was working. Sometimes there were some groups of smoking people from the bowling bar. They were collecting in front of the window.

Breakfast, Internet and network connection problems

The room was spacious and clean.

There was a mixup with key rooms so we needed to wait for somebody to come and give us the correct keys for our room.

The lady at the reception in the morning did not speak English, only German.The carpet-floor in the room is not very clean.The price per room for 1 person is very high! No parking! Only the public parking (50 meters from the hotel) but you have to pay there. As I was not aware if I got the right parking, I just ran to the mentioned address and when I came back to the car, there was already a piece of paper, that I'll get a fine later (by post). The lady at the reception (a German speaker with very good English) said me: no, it's not a fine, it's just a warning. But this was then not true :-(

As I already read the comments before I decided to book the hotel, I would spot the following point as possibility for an improvement: better WiFi in room und light in the walk way automatically turn on earier in the morning.

Reception asked the phone fast and was helpful in answering questions.

There was no milk in the coffee machine. It looks like a permanent state, as the staff offered tea as an alternative when I asked for a cappuccino.

Getting locked out without warning at 7:00 pm and no info posted at locked hotel entrance door on how to contact hotel staff. Internet/WLAN did not work until after 11:00 pm and then very weak. No bottled water provided in room. No light at desk. Changing our room to an inferior room than originally assigned.

1-The reseption is not working om sonday. Therefore ı would't left my baggage and ı was in diffucult case.2-very bad internet connection. It doesn't work in the room never

Room was large and beds were comfortable.

Internet connection was plain unusable. The entire hotel WiFi seems to run on a consumer grade router -- the password containing the number 2015 indicating the age of the system. Also, generally the facilities seem quite old.
