We called the helpline but it was an office hours only number so no good at 8pm.Then one of the people checking in noticed that you had to input your date of birth - this was not apparent as it was partly hidden behind the on screen keyboard - problem solved.I wanted to mention this at breakfast the following morning but there were no staff to be seen - and that is why I've marked staff poorly: they may have been excellent but I never saw anybody.

Very helpful and nice staff. Very friendly. There is coffee and tea in the reception alongside water and apples, which I found was a nice gesture. Very comfortable and smooth stay.

"Garage" was very poor and my car was damaged. No restaurant. Dreadful breakfast. Rooms very budget! The kitchen floor was actually pallets with plywood. In our 2 weeks away it was by far the worst hotel we stayed in. This I would say is 1 star budget.
Nothing special, normal Hotel to stay during business trip.
Having a shower may end up being full of shower gel and not being able to rinse. Water pressure differs from good to very low. Also my colleagues experienced this issue.
Comfortable, even if it may look spartan, it is exactly right and good value for money. Easy to arrive late at night. Spacious rooms, no small boxes. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. What's not to like!
