A&C Hotel

With a modern looking, very clean, free parking... I liked it very much. Furthermore, I had a problem and the receptionist made a call for me (I don't speak German) which helped me a lot.

Very modern, very clean. Excellent location close to the centre of Backnang.

The hotel accommodation was fabulous and of a very high standard. Easy checking, rooms spotless and close to the town. Hotel management very friendly and hospitable.

The spacious room and comfortable bed. The welcoming and modern style of the interior. And the very silent ventolator permitting a nice sleep in a verry hot summer night (without the discomfort of A/C).Also the easy and straightforward paper-less late check-in (one message, no clicks or apps!) is a big +

The poor wifi connection is surely a point for this establishment to improve. Room for improvement also exists in providing for larger desks in the rooms (space abounds)

Very big room, very clean and bonus playground on the back. ?I have stayed in various hotels but this one it was spotless clean.

Conveniently close to Backnang town centre (Biegel) and relatively good value. Seemed modern, new and reasonably clean. 24 hour self-service check-in.

Probably my fault but it wasn't communicated clearly that the reception would not be staffed at about 10.30 p.m. so did not have my self-service check-in code and had great trouble trying to access it on a dying phone with the guy in charge just telling me he'd e-mail it to me again...never met any staff during my stay there except a single cleaning lady. Rooms were ok but very stuffy in German summer heat and with windows open it is extremely noisy next to a busy street and church bells all night long...not their fault of course, just saying...bring ear plugs. Also slippery stairs, fell quite badly despite anti-slip-mats, be careful.

Wan't expecting remote check in , but it was easy and straightforward when I arrived late

The room was relatively clean aside from some toothpaste left in a cup in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge in the room.

There was no staff on site. The room did not have wash cloths. We left a note to request some and they were kind enough to leave microfiber dish rags but that was a little strange. There was no air-conditioning so we had to open the window but the ally outside was used by the locals to smoke weed and hang out. It didn't feel very safe on the first floor.

Very clean and looked newly refurbished. Close to town centre.

No reception but still accessible by email.Disposable cups for coffee/tea not very eco friendly.

The hotel is very cool. The room has beautiful design, including modern and comfortable furniture. The rooms are clean, room service works perfectly every day without disturbing guests. There are supermarkets nearby the hotel. So we can recommend it for staying to spend good time.

Modern and well-appointed accommodation, close to centre of Backnang and with good transport (bus) connections; attractive room included tea/coffee-making set and good electric fan. Friendly and helpful personel.

No breakfast, and reception not always manned, also no lift, but more than fine as a place to sleep. On quite busy road, so noisy (when windows open, which was necessary due to the heat and lack of air/con).

Good check in system. Clean and comfortable rooms. Looks new and modern. All basic facilities.

nice receptionist. quick respond emails/ questions. coin washer and dryer with very reasonable price. clean . in room hot water pot and refrigerator are so handy.

just wish these can be improved.. hot water takes long time to come.. ( for Californian .. waste too much clean water) . the owner knew and working on it.. sometimes the water for flushing toilet with low pressure. need to flush twice or waited a while to flush. no desk lamp.
