Breakfast and location.

No one was available at the time of arrival at the reception, and it was not mentioned in the instructions either that even if you check-in before they close the reception hrs and no one was available on the provided phone number at the door either. We called their other phone number and the woman over the phone was nice but she said that she can't help us in our basic request to provide a remote control for the TV, because our little daughter wanted to watch TV.

There was a big problem getting into the hotel on the night of our arrival, at 22:30.There was no reception, and the procedure for collecting the keys was very problematic, resulting in us waiting outside the hotel for more than 45 minutes, in the cold.The instructions were ONLY in German, and not in English. Obviously the hotel is only addressed to those who know German.Communication via a "bell" did not solve the problem since the employee who answered was on the one hand from a call center, on the other hand he did not know what to do, and should have contacted another colleague.Finally we were able to get in, with the help of someone who was staying at the hotel, and by chance was returning to the hotel at that particular time, who had the same problem as us the day before.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, it has parking places in the front.The staff is very friendly.The rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast is extremely nice.

The reception is open only until 15.00 and you receive a lots of messages from the hotel, imho too many.

Error in wifi PW

I liked the breakfast: it was tasty and had many options. The staff is very friendly and I liked a check-in option for those who come late. The room was up to my expectations, everything is clean and nice.

It was the beginning of September and there were many insects :( They looked nasty and could be found on the walls in the bedroom and shower, the room lacked air although it wasn't very hot.

Location and parking

Bathrooms need a renovation.We had to ask for more omelets,sausages etc in the breakfast..

When we arrived we each had a code to open a key box to access our room keys. One of the codes didn’t work. Fortunately a member of staff came out to assist. No one explained there was a room to access beverages on the ground floor after breakfast area closed until the morning we were leaving. It’s where you leave your luggage.

The position of the hotel is simply perfect, providing a peaceful environment just across the river from the city centre, the staff availability and courtesy, the breakfast.

The facility is OK, but inventory partly is becoming old.

Great value for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a wide range of choices. Room and facilities have been kept very clean.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, number of power outlets, large TV screen.

Cloth shelves and bedside table were covered in dust even though there was no visible air conditioning rack in the room. No insect net at the window makes you keep it shut when the lights are on due to the river nearby. Bathroom ventilation only worked in conjunction with the light switch, was noisy, and regulated to work for several minutes after switching off the bathroom light.
