Modern, clean,good bed, good breakfast.

They had problems with the hot water.

The room was super clean, the staff was very friendly and available all the time, and the suite had an amazing aesthetic!

Liked absolutely everything! Great location, it has its own parking, absolutely stunning, everything was comfortable, couldn't be happier! Both days I woke up after an excellent night's sleep and briefly thought I was in my own bed, which is just about the highest compliment I can give any hotel bed. Fresh towels every day, cute tables out front, right in the town center, just absolutely excellent across the board.

If I had to pick something to complain about, the parking lot is a little weird, and it's weird that the shower has no door so the entire bathroom gets soaked, but that's pretty standard for Europe. Other than that, everything was perfect, the towels are so nice, the inside is gorgeous, just absolutely excellent.

Michael who manages is a gracious host. He provides gps coordinates to the location of parking. Use it as Google maps isn’t good. Town of Archanes is classic and food very good and very affordable.

Beautifully styled boutique hotel in town. Spacious (in our case split level) room with kitchen facilities and small private terrace where also breakfast is served. Comfortable bed with great quality perkal bed linen! Free parking nearby.

We may be old school, but really prefer a reception / host to talk to when we stay in a hotel. Inotropes maintains an online communication approach, which may be efficient but also is quite impersonal, certainly for a hotel of this standard (and at this price level). We want to emphasize that breakfast was served by a lovely staff member! What we missed is a personal welcome - even online - with a name / face and number of a goto person; we now had to find our way around.

We loved everything!! We werelate getting in from Santorini andour host Donna made us feel sowelcome. She graciously showedus around the property whichwas stunning I might add. Shesat with us and treated us withsome delicious caramel infusedRaki, ice cream and fresh melon.She made us feel at home after along day of travel. When weentered our room there was abottle of chilled white Cretanwine waiting for us.The ambianceof our room and the comfortablecoconut mat bed was a dream!Every day day they provided ayummy Cretan breakfast. Coffee,yogurt, homemade bananabread, cheese, olives,homemade jam , local honey, and meat. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was perfect. We even had a spa day there. 70 minute holistic massages and pedicures❤️Effe the owner arranged everything !The town of Archanes was only a 20 minute drive from Heraklion. The town was so charming!! We were given the names of some delicious restaurants . Kritomon was the first one we tried, it was so tasty!! The people of Archanes are so kind , helpful and thankful. I would love to go back again someday!

I spent 2 nights there. Great design, nice and clean rooms. Friendly stuff.

Location was right in the town so easy access to shops and tavernas. I was there in winter so not everything open but what facilities were available to me, were excellent. The room was very comfortable in a small but attractive courtyard.

There was nothing I did not like.

A fabulous place to spend your time at your holidays! Everything, from the outdoor area to the interior design and coziness, drives you to stay and enjoy it. The staff are very kind and hospitable. Definitely recommended!

Very friendly staff, property is clean and very well maintained.

Our flight was late and we didn’t have very clear instructions how to enter the property. But with quick call everything was sorted out.

Beautiful restored complex (6 rooms) with eye for detail. Very nice rooms. Good breakfast which is being served on your own terrace. Private parking space about 100m from the accommodation.

The room we stayed in was incredibly cozy yet spacious. The attention to detail in the design is beautiful, especially the lighting, which truly captures the essence of a vacation in a mountain village. The owner was exceptionally kind, helping me celebrate my wife's birthday by providing a cake and candle, along with an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

Nothing. It was all great!

Inotropes was beautiful: an oasis of tranquility. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The recognition and implementation of eco issues was good regarding refilled bottles and minimal plastic waste. Breakfast was delicious.

All was perfect.

Everything was very nice: easy to reach, the details of the rooms and of the location, the friendly staff, the breakfast, the attention and care.

The place is like a dream. I would like to try more of their amazing wine. It’s quite, really clean really modern. I hope to go back again

You have to make an early reservation (at least one day before) to receive the codes on time otherwise since the signal on the island isn’t perfect and you may find yourself blocked

Location in the quaint village of Archanes, close to the airport. Small parking lot available

Completely left alone, barely any presence from the hotel director.All of the hotel’s potential was lost due to a complete lack of care and attention. There is absolutely no surveillance which meant that people came and went by guessing the entrance code and making us feel as if we were staying in a youth hostel and not an expensive boutique hotel. We couldn’t use the jacuzzi because it was filled with beer cans and leaves. Our small private terrace was overrun by a wedding party who left their litter in front of our door (photos below). We paid almost 300 euros for a space we could not enjoy.

Expectations are totally met by the pictures, the courtyard is stunning and the suite we chose was beautiful. Check in was virtual and easy, breakfast was great. We stayed as we had an early flight from HER the next morning but didn't want an airport hotel - we are so happy we came!

The surrounding area is very local and still under construction - no problem but it's good to be aware of it as we hadn't arranged for parking and probably should have! Sound insulation wasn't perfect as we could hear a washing machine but it didn't spoil our stay whatsoever.

Since we only stayed one night I can't tell too much. But Check in was super simple Good pricingGood location Good espresso in the room for free

Facilities were very nice, lovely in fact

Management was completely absent. We were messaged that we could check in online or “the old fashioned way” in person which we preferred. Instead we were sent a key code and A message saying “have a great stay”. Never an acknowledgment that they had misled us and never intended to be on the property to check us in. We never saw anyone while we were there.
