The stuff we helpful and friendly

Nisyros is a very, very special place. Breakfast was just right. Location was fabulous.

Clean towels could have been provided more often.

Location was great and the staff was very accommodating. Everything was clean and well appointed. Easy to access when coming from the ferry and lots of stores and restaurants that were excellent nearby. Access to parking was a definite plus!

Bathrooms were very small and the showers were the usual Greek inconveniently small showers where the water pressure was low and the floors would definitely get flooded with every shower.

Very friendly and hospitable staff, very clean, superb breakfast, well located. Facilities are not new but well maintained.

Excellent location, very comfortable very professional very warm and accommodating staff. We will go back again at any time. . The most important part is that they make you feel at home and solve everything with a smile.

We stayed just 2 night but we had such a nice time. The hotel is so beautiful, close to the port and shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean, with cosy balcony. The breafast had a lot of options and variety. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Tiny shower, difficult to not flood bathroom as shower curtain not great.

This Hotel is a Gem, they pick me up at the Ferry and took me back very early in morning. Breakfast was excellent with a cake baked by the owner her self, room was spacious with everything you need. Just go stay their!

It’s very well priced and well located on the island- the island is beautiful

It is basic but very good value

The perfect location for a stay in Nisyros. Close to the town, but still very quiet. Saltwater pool for cooling off on a hot afternoon. Fridge in room. Friendly, helpful hosts - we were very glad of a lift to the port when we left. Excellent value for money, too.

Nothing to dislike!

The owners were helpful and very friendly as were all the staff. The hotel was in a quiet setting back from the busy seafront but with good restaurants only a few minutes away.The hotel offered a pool and open spaces around the hotel to help make the best of the weather.Nisyros Island has a lot to offer

Excellent value. Simple, clean, comfortable, great location, breakfast, view and pool. You get more than you pay for.

Nice hotel in the heart of Mandraki. The owners/staff were so hospitable, kind and helpful. The breakfast had many options and they kept the coffee flowing! Excellent air conditioner!

Wish the shower didn't have the curtain that would stick to you, but I believe this is not unusual in Greece.

Porfyris hotel is centrally located and has good views from the second floor The breakfast was pretty good and substantial Very friendly staff , make you feel at home

My husband would have liked some hot dishes for breakfast such as omelettes Other than that we couldn’t fault Porfyris Hotel

I liked everything about the Porfyris. Lovely welcome and as room was ready able to check in early. We paid extra for day use on departure day as we were not sailing until 20.10p.m. clean, comfortable bed with shutters to keep out the sun. Balcony to sit out on. Good air con. Breakfast was continental and self service. No complaints. Good value for money. Can recommend

Very good aircon in roomVery comfy bed, lovely small balcony with beautiful views. Breakfast is basic but very adequate, exactly the same every day. If you are after a fry up then its not for you.Plenty of space to eat breakfast inside & outside on the lovely front area of hotel or around the poolPool is lovely & clean, its peaceful & no rushing for sunbeds. We loved it

Room was slightly small with not much storage, lived out of suitcase mainly but there is a hanging space. Bathroom fine but shower tray is very small with curtain that clings to your body & you need to hold the shower head as the hook is too close to the ceiling it wont fit in. Water goes everywhere.

Relaxed staff made a relaxed holiday. Very hospitable, picked up and returned our suitcases to the port. Prepared us a packed breakfast for our early departure.
