Spongia Apartments and Suites Kalymnos

I appreciate the style of the room, the balcony and the water cooker. How the towels with the prints are arranged, and finally, the ambient light.

The fridge is noisy. The variety of the Tee bags is poor.

We spent 3 nights at the new hotel in Myrties. The facilities in the rooms were exceptional and the hosts were very welcoming. Interior decoration carefully selected for a chill ambience, top-notch breakfast and smart-home-style facilities for a comfortable stay.

Great views of the port. Spotless, clean, such attention to detail on the decorations. Felt like a boutique hotel room for sure. Friendly and helpful reception. 15 minute walk to the port, restaurants and shops.

Carrying heavy luggage up and down a LOT of steps.

The host was very easy to communicate with, the breakfast was really good, the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

Kalymnos has too much stairs

Great location and the best view. We loved having the coffee in the morning on the balcony. It was very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like was no wardrobe or shelfs. As place is quite small so it was problematic to keep it tidy when there is no place to put your clothes away.

Quite a walk into town. It is useful to have a car if you stay here.

If you have mobility difficulties, this apartment is not for you. A lot of steps and a steep climb back from the port - but this didn’t bother us.

The view from the hotel was amazing. We had a very nice host who took care of us. The breakfast was great :-)

Sophisticated. Beautiful with nice accents: hygiene products, sluppers. Unbelievable view. Staff was excellent! Nicely stocked fridge. Absolutely worth the money!

Eirini was so lovely, and found so much information for us on cars/boat trips etc. the breakfast was lovely, the room amazing, Sorted us a shuttle from the port, couldn’t recommend enough! We will definitely recommend and 1000% be back

Nothing! But get ready for some hills to get back to the house!

Eirini, the manager was incredible. So lovely and accommodating and went out of her way for us.

More pillows would be nice.

The only con:If you are not into walking, the 9 minute walk down or up the hill might not be so great. But it is really no big deal

The views over Pothia were stunning. A lovely apartment with really interesting designs. Transfer from our ferry was arranged for us. The breakfast is great value for money.

The sunrise view here is outstanding! Just unbelievable. The room was large and well equipped. Eirini at reception was just so accommodating and very friendly, always eager to assist. I don't think you'd get a better view on all of Kalymnos!!

Just be mindful that's it's a little Isolated and there's no shops nearby to get food etc. You have to walk in to town which is about a 10 minute fairly steep descent and your probably need a car ride back up if you're carrying groceries etc. But this is worth the view!Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but that's just my opinion.
