The location is great!! Only 20 mins from Bodrum Downtown and marina port. A lot of restaurants nearby and groceries stores. Also, the way to get there is beautiful. The pool is amazing and clean. The room was clean, big and modern design. The bathroom was big and modern.

The room had a little cigarette smell but nothing serious.The iron was off service

It was definitely one of the worst stays i experienced for this price. The hotel tried to renovate the rooms, but it was obvious they were not ready for the season. The elevator and the air conditioner did not work, the locks of the main room doors were broken, the lights in the bathroom did not work and most importantly the sheets and the pillowcases were not clean!! The staff acts like they are there as a mistake. Not deserving the money they charge. I am not even talking about the booking.com price vs the money they ask for when you call them on the phone, evidently the booking.com price was for foreigners, not locals like me. I booked and they accepted eventually, but it was weird to hear. I didn’t even bother trying the breakfast.

Loved almost everything about the hotel starting from friendly welcome upon arrival to nice rooms and good breakfast. very reasonable value for money in Bodrum. Good location as well, close to the beach and local shops. Highly recommended

Spa facilities are absolutely amazing, lovely pool area and great music, 24/7 service.

The food at the in hotel restaurant was not good, perhaps it’s because we ordered it at unsociable hours.

Let’s start with the hotel, it’s one of the best if not the best hotel in terms of confort, luxury and location. 7mins walk to one of the most popular beaches in Bodrum ( beach drop off available for free through the day). The manager, the staff are very friendly and spot on, big shout out to Adem for his amazing customer service.

The personel was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is new and rooms are all large and wonderful enjoyable. The pool was clean and wellness at Celeste was very good.. had a very good sport/medical massage. Worth every penny!! Under the hotel there is parking for each room with elevator to the rooms. Just a perfect stay

First of all, the staff were very attentive and good. I thank them all.The pool was very nice and our son had a lot of fun.The rooms were clean and big enough.

Since we stayed in a very hot period, the air conditioner could not cool enough.I should also say that the breakfast was not of sufficient quality for the amount paid and the hotel.

Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious and well designed.Surroundings are beautiful. Great pool. Staff does an excellent job but English speaking persons are few.

The breakfast : needs more ' surprise' effect. Gets pretty boring if you stay 4 to 5 days.Eggs are free except if you want a second plate. Tea is free but coffee is not.On another level the hotel is far from downtown. It would be a good idea to include more activities such as babyfoot billiard or videogames..No true lobby for this hotel but that's OK.

The rooms were spacious and nicely designed, it was quiet and the staff were helpful. It’s located close to the beach so you can walk there within 10 minutes. The breakfast was good quality and the underground car park is really helpful.

The breakfast choice could have been better, although it was really nice we got bored of eating eggs every day as our hot meal choice. It isn’t advertised that if you want something different then you would have to pay extra. The meals were quite overpriced themselves. Also the maid didn’t refresh our toiletries/coffee and tea when our room was cleaned.

The pool, the hammam, the live music on Saturday and the general atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. The spa treatments were excellent.

People smoked in the restaurant (common in Turkey). The bathroom is essentially a wet room, the room was not ready when we arrived (2 hours after check in). When we went to our room the floor was wet with bleach/ had just been mopped.

Cosy new hotel, nice pool, modern design however, quality is not amazing.

What ruined our whole stay was during checkout they wanted to charge us 120 Euros for washing 9 t-shirts yet on the laundry form it clearly states in bold at the top that "prices are in TL" . Underneath they then write the prices in Euros. I presumed the use of Euro symbol was simply an Excel feature they didn't know how to remove which is why they wrote "Prices in TL" in bold at the top. We refused to pay this because as an English speaker, their wording was totally wrong and made us feel deceived. They need to change this. Also, all the prices in the hotel are in TL. The pool beverages and the restaurant all quoted in TL. Why then quote in Euros for laundry service?

every thing was good & clean except (some) of the staff. they give my 7years old cousin an alcohol drink as it is fruit juice! & when we ask them about that they just so careless like yeah wash his face with water and it’s ok !! very bad treatment

The hotel is practically brand new. The buildings are beautiful. The pool area is very pleasing…big big pool and water temperature on the pool was great. We actually stayed two full days enjoying the facilities of the hotel. The best part though is the staff…from the managers to the waiters. Everyone super attentive and willing to help. The breakfast great great! We actually moved from a 5 star hotel to this hotel and this one surpassed in attention to detail and accommodations the 5 star hotel. I would stay here again for sure!

Only that some of the staff did not really speak English at all, but that’s what you have Google translate for!
