Beachfront, good location

Service is sometimes late, a bit expensive

Beach and the water was clean and relaxing. The property has large place in the area, offering plenty of space to unwind. We particularly loved the delicious Turkish breakfast, which was a delightful highlight of our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, making us feel right at home. We’re so glad we chose this place for our vacation!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel has its own spacious parking space and beach -which is free to their customers- is stunning.

Private beach is literally five steps away from hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the room was big and clean. Overall very good experience

From mid day till past midnight music blared from speakers loudly. Throughout Ortakent the loud music was only coming from this hotel. As a guest wishing to to have quiet holiday, it was bit disappointing

This facility has very kind stuff and clean rooms. Beach is so close and has ultra clean water with very close nice restaurant and bar.

Has it’s own beach, proper size of the rooms, cleaning everyday

The room was not taken care of properly such as the bathroom shower had some dirt in the shower head, in general the walls in the bathroom were a bit worn out due to mold, hygene products are given as half used by other ppl (shampoo etc). Secondly, during our stay there was a wedding in the property. This was not communicated, and it was really loud. We would appreciate to be communicated on this matter since what we needed is peaceful holiday.

-We were given a room that was not cleaned and the sheets were not changed. It was cleaned after our warning, but it was still not completely clean.-The staff was very bad except the kitchen and reception-The music in the bar is too loud. so much that you cannot sleep in the room

Location and the facility was meeting my expectations! Quite, green, just next to beach.. Everybody was very friendly..

Nothing I can say. My experience was really satisfying.

We really liked the hotel's staff, location, food, rooms and the sea. We didn't want to leave the place. The staff were really good and our room was great. The service was amazing and the sea was crystal clear. We would like to thank Behlul and Ozlem and the rest of the staff for their hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Reception staff were always kind and accomodating, from giving directions, booking taxis, getting a packed breakfast when I was on an early tour, fixing the aircon unit in the room.We felt very safe and happy.Breakfast staff were lovely and nice to eat a traditional Turkish breakfast. Patio outside the room and gardens were beautiful, and useful. We enjoyed drinking our tea there.Beach was lovely we enjoyed swimming there.

No ironing board or iron available on site, or laundry. But you could pay to have it done.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Kefi, and decided to extend our stay. We have been given a very nice and comfortable room. Özlem Hanım and her staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is literally right in front of a beautiful beach. We are looking forward to coming back!

the property was clean and with great accesses to the beach and a lot of restaurants and beachs next to it . perfect for walks .the staff was lovely and provided us with transportation and taxi whenever we needed .breakfast was yummy as was the turkish coffee

How can you not like this?

The breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast with varies type of Turkish cheeses, olives, honey and jam. They were all good quality. Hot tea was available

Rooms were renovated and they re better than before. They are clean and comfortable. I also tried to restaurant and food was delicious. And the best thing was "the beach sides".
