location was good

- almost nobody spoke English which made it hard to communicate anything - one day there was a birthday party from one of the locals which made it impossible to relax on the beach and pool because of running and screaming children. Would have been nice if we were informed during breakfast time in order for us to reschedule our day- we called for new towels, had to call 3x in one hour to receive 2 towels - fire alarm went off multiple times- room is nice but noisy

We loved the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, great location, near Bodrum town, beautiful views beach front, everything was clean and well kept we can only recommend this resort with gardens and Pool. To highlight server SELIM was exceptional with good English, reception girls great, also the young men daily cleaning the floor to perfection around the resort was so passionate. Thank you to everyone!

Food was good, breakfast however need more rotation for International travellers example cereal, yoghurt or waffle plus fruit on rotation. Overall a good Breakfast and tasty Ala Carte.

everything! from rooms to beach, staff, food (especially breakfast!), everything was perfect. location is amazing too. walking distance to good restaurants and beach clubs nearby. a short taxi ride distance to most of Bodrum.

nothing other than not having a wine menu. although not a big deal, would have been good to enjoy some Turkish wines by the beach.

The amazing help from Melisa and staff who went above and beyond to arrange a special stay for us - it was so magical! They made us feel more than welcome and at home. There was clean towels, tea/coffee/water in the room and towel for the beach given by the staff.We had the most lovely and memorable stay! The beach was clean, calm, the staff who makes you feel right at home, breakfast with amazing sea view, it all looks even more beautiful than in the pictures, highly recommend for couple, families or friends !

A great new hotel with amazing pool and restaurant area which really made the stay. The outdoor area of restaurant and bar led out to a private beach which was beautiful. Staff were helpful

Rooms were Ok but beds were super hard.

Staff were friendly, good to just sleep or relax in the room, cannot explore much with resort, not worth the money!

Swimming was not available, they lied about it, extra money charged for breakfast, not worth it!

location, facilities and food!! staff were amazing too. the beach in the hotel was a big point on our trip to bodrum as it’s a place where there are not many beaches and the ones are normally crowded. it was perfect! many times at night we would chill by the beach and there was no one around. we felt at home! gentleman at the restaurant at night was amazing and girl in reception.

receptionist at our checkout, such a shame as we had nothing to point bad. didn’t ask how our stay was, no goodbye nothing. accepted very careless. we didn’t give importance because we enjoyed to the fullest and we had an amazing costumer service from all the other personnel! no iron just laundry service.

Breakfast was lovely, large spread of variety of food. Location was great, right on the beach, relaxing and tranquil. Waiters all very polite and welcoming, only a few were English speaking but that was fine with us.

only issue we had was airport transfers, booked with the hotel. The driver wasnt at the airport to pick us up, spent half an hour on the phone with the hotel trying to contact the driver who eventually arrived. Issues with being picked up to be taken to the airport too. nothing was booked even though we prepaid, we had to remind the reception staff. then the driver was late again.

The hotel provides a good breakfast although it is the same each day. The location is also fantastic as it is on the beach and in a quieter part of Bodrum. There are also lots of other restaurants nearby as you walk along the beach.

The hotel is next door to a beach club bar and some nights the live music was very loud. The mattresses are very hard, I am a side sleeper and could not adjust to the firmness over the five nights I stayed there.

the hotel was stunning. rooms were big and spacious and beautifully decorated. the pool side and restaurant staff were amazing. so friendly and every single one of them worked so hard all day.

the reception staff didn’t speak any English at all and as much as we tried to communicate with our Turkish. we only speak a little. I think in a holiday resort there should be someone that speaks English at front of house. the hotel manager didn’t crack a smile either. We tried to book a taxi one night to go into Bodrum and the guy on the reception said it was very busy which we accepted however, he wanted us to give his friend 250TL to take us in when a taxi was only costing 130TL. wasn’t happy about being ripped off and we were more than happy to wait it out for a taxi and we certainly weren’t getting in a car with a stranger. a little alarming.

Everything was amazing! The hospitality was great honestly. Very friendly environment, cozy hotel and the food was amazing!!

The only thing they need to change is the mattress and blankets. The bed was kind of hard and the blankets were like hospital blankets.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 people from the beginning, then the hotel said that it is only booked for 2 people. So I had to call Booking.com to solve that issue. And in their system it also was booked for 4 people.

The hotel rooms and property are stunning. The design is minimal and beautiful. The breakfast spread was over the top. I wish I could complement the waitstaff more who run the bar and restaurant (I think the managers name running the restaurant was Cijan, he was absolutely wonderful), they were so incredible and accommodating. The quality of food was also exceptional, we had gone to eat outside of the hotel a few times, but it failed to compare to the exceptional quality offered at the hotel. Beautiful hotel, if it wasn't for the mess of their prearranged transportation and dismissive of the front desk when we arrived, I would have given this place a 10.

I would start off by saying DO NOT ask the hotel to arrange your transportation. Our flight was delayed by an hour and when we walked out no one was there. If it wasn't for the kindness of a stranger who helped us call the hotel to find out where our transportation was, we would have not known what to do. They said that they were 5 minutes way, 25 minutes later, no one was there, again the kindness of now the police officer at the airport called the hotel again when they finally showed up, we were left stranded with our 4yo and 8yo. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Furthermore, they then stopped to get gas and then took a detour to run an errand. We were traveling with our 2 kids and wanted to get to the hotel, not run errands. The gas tank should have been filled and they should not be talking and texting on their phones while driving, never mind they should have been on time, that's their job--save yourself the hassle and just book a prearranged pick up elsewhere or take a taxi. When we finally arrived at 3pm (2 hours after our plan landed since they had to fill up with gas and run their errands), there was no apologize from the front staff and rather blamed their lateness on our delayed flight and traffic (again a transportation companies job is to be on time). To make matters worse, our room was not ready (check in is at 2pm) it was a horrible start to the vacation. Honestly, thankful to the the staff running the bar and restaurant at the back of the resort, they helped cheer us up.
