They over charged me for 2 extra days and I still have n I t received a refund. I would not recommend anyone stay here..

The facility was clean, close to the airport.

Slamming of doors all day made it hard to rest. I had just been stuck in the airport 24 hours and they didn’t allow early check in

Dirty, unable to open blinds, couldn’t get fresh air. Shower was black moldy.Towels were OLD and threadbare It it a budget hotel.

My flight was canceled and needed a place for a night. Close to GIG with a shuttle. Had a restaurant and breakfast included. Rooms were relatively modern. It worked well for me.

Walls were thin could hear room next door.

Breakfast at the hotel. Shuttle bus to the airport all 20 minutes 24 h is very good. Swimming pool was beautiful.

No bill at my email address. Air conditioning is off by the first entrance at the room. The air conditioning must be switch on 20 minutes before entrance the room.

Good location close by the airport

The hotel provides shuttle services which is good. However, we had to wait way to long than indicated to be picked up. For the drop off at the airport, the shuttle was on time but the driver was not friendly at all and not helpful at all with luggage transfers.

On Booking.com the location on the map is not clear. It looks as if the hotel is reachable from inside the airport. I spent a lot of time looking for the hotel. I didn't think to look at the messages for a while. The information about the shuttle should be on the front page on Booking.com

The Airport Shuttle from the hotel to the airport was very efficient. The food was OK. The restaurant service was friendly. We only chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and it was adequate.

The lack of a Shuttle from The airport to the hotel - we had to wait for about 50 minutes before a shuttle arrived.

The bed was very very unconfortable . The mattress was extremely soft and I couldn’t sleep . Considering the price of the room, they could change the mattress with better quality

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety of items. There is a good shuttle from the airport.

Great location if you have to be near the airport.

Not great quality of rooms; the bed was too soft (because of the use probably), the towels were old, the furniture needs to be renovated.

Super close to Galeão AirPort and a no-brainer for those who want to stay close to the AirPort. The free shuttle departa every 20 minutes both from the terminal and the hotel. Breakfast was ok and the room was comfortable. All in all it had what I needed.

I only stayed overnight, so I did not get to use the gym or the pool. The pool looked very nice! I appreciated the various meal options and early breakfast start-- clearly they are prepared for people who come in from or have to catch a flight at odd hours. I really liked the customer service, which was excellent at the front desk and in the restaurant. And the design of the building and the rooms was very pleasing...I can't think of a better word. Perhaps spacious would also be a good description. There was something very peaceful about it. I loved the open closet design in my room!

I thought the hotel was going to be attached to the airport, but the shuttle came very frequently. It was a little tricky to find where to wait at the airport because you had to turn into a little driveway, which wasn't obvious from the signs or anyone giving directions. The signs get you pretty close. If I didn't speak Portuguese, I may have just guessed to follow the van as it turned in, but maybe not. The restaurant had good options and the dinner was decent. The breakfast options were also good, but the hot foods were not very hot. Again, I was only there one day, so I don't know if this is normal or if there was an issue with their heating system.

Closest hotel to the airport with a free shuttle bus every 20mins to and from, decent hotel, breakfast was a bit basic but I didn't expect much more than was there. Unfortunately I booked a twin room instead one of the beds was like a camp fold away bed, not ideal, but my mistake. The staff at reception were exceptional.

Nothing to bad about this hotel as we only stayed one night an never used the facilities, the breakfast could be better. The single curtain on the wall was a bit odd and didnt really block the light out.
