Kokkari Beach Hotel

Very old building. Bathrooms were in bad condition. The staff was very loud while cleaning the other rooms. Even though we asked them to be quiet, they didn't care. Location is great, breakfast was decent. Value was not the best. I would not go back there and pay that much money for that room.

We stayed at one of the three beachfront rooms which was just by the sea. Very nice location, in the heart of Kokkari, very clean room and good arrangement for family with two kids. Room was just next to the road, but thanks to good acoustic insulation you do not hear too much of road noise.

Breakfast could have been improved with good Greek fundamentals, like good cheese, better coffee and more variety of Mediterranean cuisine. Shower spray should have a fixed hanger to take hands-free shower. These are small details, overall we were very pleased with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and we absolutely loved the Kokkari area. We will 100% be back to this hotel in the future.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed in the Family Room with a beautiful view, which is located near to the beach. With a little child (3 years old) it was very comfortable to be near to the sea with a private balcony. Room was clean, comfortable, everybody was very kind and helpful with our needs.

Location, view, breakfast and room itself was comfortable and well met our needs.

the breakfast area was good over looking the pool and there was plenty of food. Food was freshly cooked.

Breakfast was a bit poor for choice and variety . There was only one style of egg per day. I would of liked a greater selection of cereal and mixed fruits.

Location is fine, 10 minutes walk to the center of Kokkari. The sea is just a street away, hotel has a cafe and a restaurant at the beach. All the staff was very helpful and nice, especially the cleaning lady was great. Rooms are ok and clean, beds were good. Breakfast was also good, enough variety for this kind of hotel. We loved the lobby decoration, nice ocean theme.

Hotel building is a bit old, so needs general renovation. The bathroom was fine but the shower was so small that it's hard to move inside. Staff told us that the rooms are gonna be renovated floor by floor this winter. But it's impossible to do anything about that small shower area. Amenities are inadequate, room furniture also feels pretty old.

We loved the seafront room. We also found it very comfortable to have a separate entrance. The friendly staff helped us with room selection

The rooms are old, elevator sometimes didn't work.

Right in front of the beach and walking distance to the restaurants. The staff is friendly and The breakfast was good as well.

I stayed at a room in front of the sea and the view was perfect. I also like the balcony with sofa which is good for gathering with friends.

Small for three people but no problem

The location is quite well and the facility is clean. Just the breakfast can be a varied.

Balcony is to close to next room as you can definetely hear what do they talk etc.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. The hotel is decorated in a very appealing way and it is very clean.

It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit with breakfast

The location was great, just a short walk to Kokkari's main square, and having parking next door was a big plus. The weather in Kokkari was windier than in PythagorionThe reception staff was very friendly—thank you!

We chose a sea view room to the front and it was quiet at night, no traffic or music noises. Clean room, satisfactory breakfast and friendly staff.

The big minus in the hotel beach policy:We find it really annoying that the hotel clients are asked to pay exactly the same price and a minimum consumption fee for the sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach as anybody else is, while the beachfront cafe & restaurant belongs to the hotel. We went there only on our arrival day to try it but never again, because we found much better beach bars with lower charges and more efficient staff & service around the island and in Kokkari too.We've travelled around the whole world and never saw this beach policy by any hotel, staying from 5 stars to zero stars rooms.

It is in a very good location. The beach in front of the hotel is very good, it was clean and quiet. It was perfect for a calm holiday. The breakfast was enough. The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Actually nothing everything was as i expected and wanted. It was enough. Maybe the bath was quite small but it was ok. We did not have a problem about that.

Hotel was comfortable, clean and breakfast was good too.

Only the wifi was pretty slow in our room

wireless was weak in the room and there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Absolutely stunning opened up to beach amazing staff beautiful breakfast we felt it was a slice of heaven on earth xx
