Great Hotel, beautiful modern rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, wonderful view of Kokkari town, sea view, nature and mountains, we stay twice the same month and we will visit again

Location was good but road was a little bit hard to go with car but distance is short. you can walk to the center of kokkari. breakfast was standart.

We stayed at Kalidon Panorama Hotel for a week to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. From the breakfast to the cleanliness of the rooms, the stunning view to the hospitality of the owner—everything was flawless. The owner is a wonderful person who personally takes care of every detail with years of experience. The staff, especially Maria, Mr.George and the rest of the team, were incredibly kind and attentive. The surprise they prepared for my wife’s birthday showed just how thoughtful the hotel really is. I highly recommend it to anyone—it’s a spotless, peaceful hotel. We’re already looking forward to going back!

Design, cleanliness & friendly staff

The road to the facility was a bit rough without a car it would be hard to get.

I had a really nice time at Kalidon Panorama. The bed was super comfy, the hotel was pretty clean, and the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was yummy, and the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Samos. I would stay again next time.

While the location wasn't the best for those who would like to explore the other parts of the island, it was still pretty close to Kokkari.

Provides stunning views, excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing stay.

I didn’t like the narrow glass wall in the washroom causes lots of water to splash onto the floor when you shower creating a slipping hazard.

The hotel and the room were just perfect, just as on the pictures. We had the sea view and this was the most beautiful view we’d ever seen, really dreamy!

The hotel is at walking distance from the center but is quite up-hill so you’d rather get ready to get some exercise ?

Immaculate hotel, everything was spotless and it was very tranquil. Very relaxed vibe. Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond in helping with anything we needed (booking taxis, car hire etc). The two best beaches on the island within a 10 minute walk, and so many lovely restaurants/bars nearby. Great quality breakfast too!

We stayed at Kalidon Panorama for our first anniversary. And it was awesome from the first moment. The hotel is placed at a panaromic place where you can have a great view and scenery. The rooms are clean and had enough space. The bar and breakfast were more than satisfactory. There is a shuttle to Lemonaki, Tsamadu and Kokkari center four times a day, which make it easier to transfer for those who dont have car. I need to underline the staff. Maria is queen. She helped a lot to make our holiday great. She supported on rental car, taxis etc. She suggested great places and make our last day pragmatic as much as possible allowing us using the shower, towels. I can wholeheartly recommend the hotel and definitely want to come back again.

Maybe there can be one or two more shuttles in the evening to transfer easily out and to the hotel.

I recently stayed at Kalidon Hotel in Kokkari and had a great experience overall. The hotel is beautifully situated near the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring Kokkari.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, with cozy beds and a nice balcony offering lovely views of the area. The hotel’s shuttle service was a fantastic convenience, especially for getting to close beaches like Tsamadou and Lemonika.Breakfast each morning was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences—definitely a great start to the day!The staff at Kalidon Hotel were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with recommendations and any needs, making our stay even more enjoyable.Despite the slightly challenging walk, Kalidon Hotel is a great choice with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities like the shuttle and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it for those visiting Kokkari and look forward to staying again!

it’s worth noting that the walk to the hotel involves a bit of an incline, which might be slightly challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues, though it’s not a big problem for younger people.

My husband and I along with our adult daughter, who had her own room. next to ours, spent a week at the hotel. It was excellent! As soon as we arrived the welcome was warm and friendly. Maria, the host is happy, kind, friendly and extremely accommodating. In fact all the staff are happy to oblige with any request. The entire hotel has a beautiful, peaceful, romantic, luxurious ambiance. It is apparent that this hotel is run with love. You notice the attention to detail throughout the interior and surrounding gardens and pool area. Breakfast in the morning is set up in a tranquil open air room with a view of the glorious Mediterranean. The pool is large, set up with lounges and umbrellas also with a spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. This hotel is set slightly higher up and having a car is a bonus. We were very close to several lovely beaches and the local village Kokkari, with plenty of restaurant choices. If you enjoy walking and hiking, there are tracks all around the hotel, where you will discover hidden ruins, churches and exceptional views of the surrounding landscape. We absolutely loved our stay at the Kalidon Panorama Hotel! Highly recommend. We would definitely go back. If you have ever watched the series Hotel Portofino, this is the modern day version.

Very friendly staff. Welcomed us like old friends . Breakfast varied and plentiful. Loved the swimming pool.

Breakfast options were good but the quality of some of the items (fresh veg and fruit mainly) could've been better.

Location you will need a car to go to the center, managable by foot, but be ready for a 20 minutes walk with some elavation.

The best HOTEL in Samos, breakfast is perfect, rooms and the view is the best. There is also a ring service to beach. Very clean rooms and always friendly stuff. Thank you for everything ?

Breathtaking view, great staff. Rooms and the hotel overall are very clean. Breakfast was nice, had a lot of options including clearly marked allergen info. We had a wonderful stay, definitely recommend.

We were travelling with a group of family members. They upgraded all our rooms at no extra cost. My husband was celebrating an early birthday . The breakfast had a good selection and suited our taste perfectly. Ample parking. Pool was enjoyed by the young adults. Staff very helpful .

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like as my husband and I have stayed a number of times before.

The rooms were renovated and were clean.

Breakfast was really bad. The options were very limited. One type of cheese, one type of egg etc.

The hotel is amazing! The view is breathtaking, the room was excellent, the staff was super nice and helpful in any way possibly needed, even tips on where to go and what to see! If I go back to Samos this would be the place to be! I had never been in a better hotel in this class!
