Club Cactus Paradise

Our stay for 5night was amazing, the food is quite decent, room is spacious & clean. We enjoy the access to aquapark.

Drink quality can be improved especially the cocktails and wines.

Food. Facility. Location. Sauna. Big room. Family room.

No door in family room. Very loud and not effective air conditioner. Not enough outlets in the room. No WiFi in the room. Very poor WiFi in the lobby. No rules for smoking people. No english speaking personal. A lot of homeless animals in the hotel area.

The experience at the hotel was good, the meals are very good and the breakfast is the best. The room is a little old, two beds not very big and the bathroom should be updated to a good shower instead of the old bathtub.

There was nothing I didn't particularly like, the rooms need to be updated and the air conditioning improved, which is very noisy.

Right on the beach with its private area, with security staff. Good food, many freshly prepared options to choose from for each meal. Respect to the chefs! All the staff are great, particularly the servers in the restaurant, working with a smile and quick to respond to requests. We would like to note Fatma Hanım from the security staff and Hakan Bey from water sports - wonderful people who made us feel so welcome and shared tips about the local area. Our room was a good size, with plenty of space and a balcony. Tastefully decorated, nothing too fancy but nice with traditional Turkish touches. There is a spa with massage and other services and a hair dresser. We didn’t use the pool but guests with kids seemed to really enjoy it. There are activities such as water aerobics and animation for kids every day.

The negatives are minor and did not take away from our overall enjoyment of our stay but should be mentioned. They are stingy on some items for a 4 star property: no proper shampoo, hair conditioner, etc. Most of the included drinks are low quality. I get that they have to keep costs down as an all inclusive facility but I would hope a more acceptable level can be achieved. I’m not there for the drinks so it didn’t bother me personally but it was noticeable.

Even the hotel is a 4 star hotel, the meals were similar to 5 star hotel, we gained 2 kg in one week because we couldnt stop ourselves eating delicious Turkish food! All the staff were always smiling and helpful, we felt at home.Hotel was also super clean, sea was amazing - already recognized with blue flag. Animations could have been a bit better, but we really enjoyed playing beach volley.

wi-fi is available only at the reception, also I would expect the hotel feeds the cats around & provide them clean water.

It was a relaxed atmosphere with very attentive and motivated staff The beach was well maintained as we're the grounds Food was good as was the room The Spa was of great benefit and would recommend Any issue's were resolved promptly with no fuss

Entertainment was repetitive with no imagination special that the aqua aerobics compared to other places have been was poor and gave me no benefitBeing Gluten intolerant a section for GF Bread etc would be a benefit
