Le Méridien Beach Plaza overlooks Monte Carlo and the Mediterranean Sea. Its private beach and indoor and outdoor swimming pools are complimented by a range of restaurants and bars with 24-hour service. Rooms at Le Méridien Beach Plaza are air-conditioned and each have an en suite. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The hotel offers 24-hour food and beverage service in a variety of venues that make use of the hotel’s panoramic views. Alang Bar is a relaxed outdoor lounge on the hotel’s private beach. The hotel’s fitness Center offers a TechnoGym cardio training room. Guests also have access to the hotel sauna. Monaco National Museum is a 7-minute walk from the hotel and the Opera is 20 minutes away on foot. It is also a 2-minute walk from Grimaldi Forum Congress Center. - The hotel is really outdated and in serious need of renovation. It has that old, tired vibe that no amount of high pricing can hide. The staff was fine, I guess. Polite enough, but not particularly warm or welcoming. In the room, there wasnt even a hair dryer or a basic toiletry kit just a couple of generic soap bottles. Honestly, it felt more like a 3-star hotel, but theyre charging 5-star luxury prices. I get that prices go up during the Monte Carlo Tennis Masters, but even considering that, the value just isnt there. I wouldnt stay here again.
- Excellent location-walking distance to tennis which was our reason for visiting Monte Carlo. Lovely restaurant, reasonably priced. Breakfasts were delicious too.
