Hotel Deville Prime Porto Alegre

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of products, in addition to having a staff ready to offer more options.

The price was a little bit higher, for the location.

Breakfast is vast and very tasty.Staff is friendly and helpful.Hotel facilities are, in general, good. Some small parts (e.g., bathtub) could use some renovation.

Neighbourhood is not very friendly. Very busy road and a rather unsafe feeling.

The staff was very accommodating to us as we checked in and out three times over the course of 10 days. They held some of our luggage for us. It was comfortable and a nice breakfast was available for free. The free shuttle to and from the airport was also nice.

Just a fair hotel close to the airport. Nothing more, nothing less. Nice room, clean and reasonably comfortable. Good breakfast. Simple, but good enough.

Breakfast was not that good for the price, the overall stay is too expensive for what is offered. Some food in breakfast was not so fresh (like breads).

Closeness to the airpprt

Bad smell in the room. Perhaps due to dirty carpets or dirty upholstery

The location is great. The crew is also very nice and kind.

The bathroom are not so clean. Shower doesn´t work well and the drain was clogged.

Breakfast was below average: Old/dry sliced bread, fruits were not “ready” (strawberries at the buffet were green). Room service was alright, but they don’t give you a tray to eat in bed so if there are more than one person you can’t both eat tog

The hotel is likely the best in Porto Alegre with respect to quality and luxury, from my taste even better than the Hilton. So, room quality, sleeping comfort, service, interior, outside area and breakfast are best. For a very reasonable price. The one "but" is the location. You cannot simply walk off to some nice neighborhood, as there is no neighborhood. On the hand, it is very close to or actually at the airport, and the even provide a free shuttle. So it really depend: If you are looking for the best hotel in Porto Alegre, this is it. With the additional pluses of closeness to airport and reasonable price. But if you want to stroll around for some coffee shops or shopping in some nice Porto Alegre neighborhood, you might prefer a hotel say in Moinhos de Vento or downtown.

Staff were fantastic! Could not fault them, so friendly and attentive. Jefferson was absolutely great! Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Potentially some spa like facilities would be great (massage room or something). Also pool and surrounding seating area is quite small for the amount of guests when I was there. Parking was a reasonable cost in comparison to other hotels.

Generally smart and clean. Good sized room. Well located for our needs and helpful reception.

The toilet failed to flush properly. That's very annoying. Service in the bar and restaurant was nearer 2 star than 5. I wouldn't stay here again.

Large and quiet rooms, everything working perfectly and easy access to any help (I.e. extra pillows). great restaurant in the property.

The hotel is well located close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with large variety of nearly everything you can imagine. The restaurant with lunch and dinner service plus the pool bar offers good alternatives and very good food.

The few issues with this hotel are that you hear too much noise from the corridor and some maintenance is needed especially in the bathroom.
