The breakfast with a nice view in a restaurant.

The economy standard room isn't big. We knew that. But the bathroom was a bit too tiny for us. Next time we would upgrade.

Room was massive with two double beds.

No elevator, but means you get a work out if you're on the top floor.

breakfast was not buffet. maybe the only skight downside to this lovely boutique hotel. Amazing matress and luxurious bathroom that you would not expect from a small hotel. A definite reccomendation

It’s new building looked after well all ways clean. This place is perfect to stay very close by to all Shoping cities all the mall and the pazzar literally have everything under your feet. During the day the area is quite like a ghost town but as soon as the sun starts to set. People comes out. Shops open, you have ice cream shops clothing shop street food restaurants book shops and many more . Restaurant in the hotel was good as well clean and good staff

I think the only down side to the hotel was the stairs we were at the top floor and walking them stairs was difficult after long day out. And the sea I can’t say it was very clean. rocky u had to swim rock and sea weed to get to the sand

We liked everything at this hotel. Our stay was perfect if we exclude the breakfast.

The big problem in our stay was the breakfast. We made the reservation in May for August. We saw then at the hotel photos an amazing, rich open buffet with hundred tastes. We made the reservation and we paid a lot of money because we wanted to enjoy this breakfast. But when we went for breakfast the first morning we had a very bad surprise and disapointment. There was not buffet. The waitress served us - 2 persons - bread, 2 fried eggs, some stale fried potates, a small plate with cheese, tomato, cuccumber and hum, some olives and honey, butter, jum, chokolate cream, tomato pulp in quantity like one spoon. Today we saw again the hotel photos. The photos of breakfast which we saw in May had disappeared. But we saw a photo with breakfast for one person very rich and nice. But our breakfast was the 1/10 of them if you think that we were two persons. I wish in the future, they will correct this big mistake because except breakfast the hotel deserves your choose

Small room, lack of room cleaning and service, noısy, very expensive Restaurant with poorly trained staff and service. Limited choice on menue. My breakfast was included im my booking. I wish it wasn’t-no fresh frıut or juıce , not much verıety served.

The staff is very friendly and helpful despite the fact that they don’t speak English. Clean room.Very good Turkish breakfast. The restaurant is very good but the prices are higher compared with other locations nearby.Location is close to city center and it has a private beach with sun chairs. Beach towels are provided, but the water is with stones .

Our room was on semi-basement in the hotel, so the view was not so good. Water on the beach is with stones. Water slippers are recommended.

It is a great place to stay between Troy and Pergamon directly at the seafront and just 4 min to the main road. The staff was very kind. The rooms are very comfy. The best is the breakfast which is served on the restaurant terrace just 10m from the water. The restaurant is also very good.

We hadnt towels in our room, had to ask from cleaning lady .

Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean with fresh linens/towels, anything we needed. Food at the restaurant was perfect, especially breakfast. Great view of the ocean from the hotel restaurant.

Very very small bedroom and bathroom but clean. The location is perfect and the breakfast too. Although a bit expensive for what it is.

Very pleasant staff who spoke great English and accomodated me at the last minute. Hotel has its own spot on the beach and is located close to everywhere you would want to go in Akçay. The bed was comfortable and bathroom/shower great as well. I'll stay again ?

Room and the bathroom were very small but compact and clean.The staff needs to practice their English skills.

the hotel is perfectly situated with a beautiful restaurant overlooking the beach. the hotel staff were so kind and courteous. we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

very cute room. it’s super nice to have the sea view and wake up in delight. the staff are super nice and friendly. the breakfast is great!it’s very good to take a walk along the coast in the morning.

Clean room.

I saw on on booking that there were available rooms. Because I was nearby I went to the hotel to see the accomodation. When I asked for free rooms the receptionist said that there were no rooms available. I said showed him the availability on booking and said I can book it right here with one click. I clicked and the booking was done. Then I got this nonsense reasons of being faults in computer systems bla bla. Its not the first time for me in Turkey that they want to choose their guests. Plus dogs barking all night on the streets. Difficult to sleep. Turkey has to do about this stray dog problem who rome the streets at night. At least in touristic areas. Locals people might be used to it but for Europe this is something idiotic.
