    Pros +

    • Comfy beds and pillowsThe balcony
    • We arrived in a Van with 2 motorcycles in the back , in the morning we unloaded the bikes and left the van in the hotel car park . We returned seven days later having completed 2000 kilometres bike tour in the french alps .We stayed one more night in the hotel Villlancour and departed the following day.Excellent location will stay again.

    Cons -

    • Wifi not workingOnly 2 sockets placed randomly and uselessly (pic attached)Elevator door not working properlyThe receptionist doesn't speak EnglishThere's absolutely nothing to do/see/eat nearbyThere's no fire detector in the room
    • Poor choice of restaurants in local area .
    • There was a wasp nest near the balcony but this didn’t have a big negative impact.

Good parking, reception is not working after 21:00, check in after 21:00 was a bit confusing, fit out is simple but everything is clean. Very noisy due to bustling city outside.

Good parking, friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Mountain view from every room I guess.

Slightly aged property (lift, rooms, etc), toilet and shower separated. Slight smell in the reception area. But overall positive. Apparently not the best neighbourhood, and a bit industrial.

The hotel was super calm. When the room i have got will be new painted, this hotel could become a 4 stars.

The hotel was difficult to find. I travelled with my car and it was impossible to drive on the left side from the road General de Gaulle. ??? Then needed ro drive on the cycle path to reach the hotel entrance.

Not a bad place. A bit dated but very clean. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful.

Smoker on balcony below meant I couldn’t open my window.

Terrace and Breakfast were great but the room was just too tiny and lack of places to charge appliances - Aircon didnt work so we slept with the door open and shutters down so a bit noisy but OK . Even kettle had to be plugged in at the very tiny bedside table . On the other hand it was inexpensive so I guess you pay for what you get

Room too tiny/difficult to move around and aircon not working - lack of power points to charge appliances/boil kettle

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

The balcony rail was wobbly. Steps up to the front door. Difficult to open the front door, especially with bags. Reception is very part-time. Hotel is run down. The lift broke down. The lift is too small. Room was small. There are not enough staff.

    Great Staff

It smells weird on the hallway, the room is very small and the internet almost didnt work (fully booked hotel).

    6HarwoodPosted on: 3-2-2022

Great location on the south side of the city, meant we could avoid the traffic jams the following morning of skiers travelling to their resort. Easy check-in and out. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on food.

There was no kitchenette in the rooms, just a kettle! Balcony rail not secure, it was dangerous.

    8VictoriaPosted on: 12-20-2021

The location isn't the greatest, on an industrial estate, but the hotel itself is clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, and it was a very pleasant overnight stopover. Courtepaille restaurant is easy walking distance down the road.
