- Clean rooms, very helpful staff, good location near the train station and town, comfortable lounge area with very good restaurant are all positives.
- Location good , staff at reception good but hand tighten ! many issues and disappointments !
Cons -
- The Hotel needs a microwave and small fridge.
- The heating controls do not seem connected (room stayed cool). Also the lighting is sufficient but not easily altered between bright and dim.
- check out day we left our luggage at the concierge store. 3 hours later we went to pick it up and one bag was missing ! couldnt find it and all what i got is : "sorry for that " !!!
