Very good restaurant, friendly staff, nice room.
The town is somewhat rundown
We went at night and the receptionist was very friendly and kind he helped us so much the rooms were spectacular they even put toothpaste and toothbrush. In the morning we went breakfast and the kind lady offered us everything and was very kind and the garden was beautiful and the car park was very big and full of security I definitely recommend this hotel.
Il Convento is an amazing place to stay. Quiet, lovely grounds, friendly staff who will do anything to help. Try the restaurant if it is open. It is beautiful food. My choice of place to stay every time I travel that way.
Nothing! All superb
The entire staff is amazing. Sandra and Fabio are both lovely hosts. The food is exceptionally good.
The mattresses and pillows are not too comfy
Big room, clean, good breakfast, large private area with grass, so you can go out with your dog. Courteous staff. Just 5 minutes walk to the center of Trino. No additional charge for dogs.
In order to open the gate (which is usually closed) you need to ring over the intercom. But you can take a remote control in the hotel.
Quiet location,A/C in the room and an enjoyable evening meal. Don’t be put off by the external appearance!
Absolutely amazing, historical place!!! Very friendly personnel!!! Perfect location to celebrate weddings!!! Very clean rooms and entire interior of this hotel is breathtaking!!!
A beautiful and tranquil setting in a converted convent in Trino. Spacious rooms, quiet, and very clean. Run very professionally by a lovely lady whose husband makes the most delicious cakes for breakfast (we highly recommend the orange cheesecake!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
lovely quiet accommodation, lovely decor and friendly hosts. great history to the building with enclosed outside space and they allowed my two dogs who loved to grounds. lovely breakfast, very comfortable stay.
lovely big spacious rooms
drove through some dodgy looking areas to get to it.
Very relaxing and quiet.Very good food in the restaurantAll the staff, including the owner were very sociable and always happy to answer any questionsBeautiful architecture in this converted convent.
Everything was first rate,no issues in our stay of 15 nights
beautiful and authentic medieval buildingyet clean bathroom, better than on pics
some old smell
Sandra, the host was the most welcoming person ever. So helpfull and nice, you really feel welcome. Beautiful old building, spacious and very clean. Perfect for a few days of rest and exploring the surroundings like Torino and Milano.
The location is a little remote. The place is in a small village. Rustic original Italian countryside. But this means you need your car to get somewhere. If you want the hussle and bussle from a city, this is not your place.
We liked everything about this hotel. The room was perfect and comfortable with air conditioning. This ex convent was built in the 15th century and very spacious with lots of vaulted ceilings. The restaurant had 2 dining rooms and the food was just fabulous. There is also a garden to take your aperitivi before dinner. The breakfast was good and always served by the owner who was very conscious of our comforts and ensured we were always comfortable. A perfect gem in Trino.
Nothing as the place was just perfect. No problems at all.
Amazing staff, helpful and friendly. Extremely clean, incredible food and atmosphere.
Nothing at all.
